"Property matched VRBO description. A bit closer to airport than we anticipated. However, planes taking off and landing were loud downtown, as well. Liked the location being away from the crowds and craziness of Duval Strett at the end of the day. Although it was an easy and close 5 minute drive to get there. Would definitely stay here, again,"

"Loved the resort! Very clean and good location. Would be perfect for a large group to rent out all 6 units together and share the common space and pool. Only negative was there is nowhere to store luggage and the check-in instructions made it sound like there was. Once we arrived we asked for luggage storage as mentioned in the instructions and were told they could not accommodate and referred us to the concierge. So I asked the concierge and they told up to look up luggage storage online....

"Perfect space for 2 adult couples. 2 comfortable bathrooms and 2 comfortable bedrooms. Only negative is the condo is located on opposite end of Duval street. But, staying on Duval is always more expensive so the quiet side of the island is a good option . Renting a golf cart makes the location a fun use of the ride onto Duval street from the condo. The pool area is very nice. The beds were comfortable. There was an issue with the renters located above our rental but that was out of control of...

"Clean and quiet. Nice location. Worked for our family of four. They did provide toiletries so that was nice. We also found the beach towels helpful when we went to the beach. Ice cube trays were a nice touch. Very little check out chores which is also nice. "

"Our group of four - two couples - had a great week at this condo! The location on Stock Island is nice because you’re close to Old Town KW but not in the thick of things, so you can sit on the patio or chill in the pool to unwind. Our rooms were spacious and clean although I gave four stars simply because the cleaning folks need to give the floor a good mopping. We are clean people but walking around the condo gave us black feet. Not a huge deal! Kitchen, baths, everything else was very clean....

"The stay at Parrot Bay was excellent. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you. "
