"Nice, safe, functional home in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Clean, well-stocked, with plenty of room for our family. Host quickly responded to questions and kept us updated when the cleaner was late in having the property ready. One of the neighbors parked their vehicle in front of the house in such a way that their vehicle took up both parking spots; necessitating us looking further down the block for parking. Noisy HVac, but it was mentioned in the paperwork and no surprise in an older home....

"Fripp Island is an absolute gem! We had the best time exploring the vast, empty beach. It’s spotlessly clean and super convenient to get to the beach from the property. There are tons of birdwatching opportunities on Fripp Island and the nearby Hunting Island. It’s a birdwatcher’s paradise! "

"We liked the unit and location. The only problems were plumbing issues. There was no plug for the bathtub. The bathroom sink drain dropped and could not drain the sink without propping it open. "
