"The cottage was quite unique being located directly behind the owners residence in a neighborhood. The unit was perfect for my wife and I during our 2 night stay. It was clean and well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The decor was beachy and appeared to be professionally done. The grounds outside the cottage was very nice with multiple sitting area’s to enjoy cocktails or coffee. The 2 rocking chairs were a nice touch and relaxing while enjoying beverages in the morning...

"The property was a studio style space tucked away in an area close to the lighthouse beach end of the island. I enjoyed the space and especially having a bike. For the first few days I smelled an unpleasant water smell coming from the bathroom but the more I used the kitchen sink it seemed to dissipate. "I wanted to get as close as I could to Bowman’s Beach and Blind Pass to go shell collecting. For the price this was a gem. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. "1st time staying in any tiny home. This was cute!! It was just me. I did spend most time away, but i arrived late at night and the community is well lit, and i felt safe. Everyone that walked around was friendly and waved. The only negative i would give is there is no mirror. Sounds silly, but me being a girl, doing my hair or make up i used my phone camera lol. "Did not live up to expectations at all, too bad. If this hotel had cost half the price it would have gotten 4 stars. But when you set the price so high, people expect the bar to be set high. We had 4 nights and the room is generally run down, AC does not work.. everything is old, the fridge heats like an oven. We had 2 adults with breakfast included, we had to tell this every morning, impressive you don't have better control of what room which is included. In addition to this we had to pay full price (14 dollars per child) they consistently leave 2 receipts which makes no sense when one is sky high. Overall really professional and friendly staff. Tried their in-room dining, it works perfectly and with great food and reasonable prices, it should even have 4 stars."
