Hoteller nær Loveland Castle Museum

"The room was spacious and clean. The front desk assistant was helpful and relocated us to a higher floor ( I did not want the first floor). Breakfast was good and the hotel was very quiet. We stayed for three nights. I would have given a higher review but the “cleaning” service was sadly lacking. They took the tip my husband put out but did nothing but pick up the towels and empty the small amount of trash. They didn’t wipe down counters, make the bed or tidy up ( we didn’t leave a mess). "We will definitely be keeping this hotel in our rotation! Beautiful!"

"I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. "Super friendly and helpful! Well maintained property in a great location. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"Clean, friendly staff, well priced and close by Kings Island."

"Denied us because of age and lied about accepting our refund"

"The room was clean. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was somewhat blasé, but other than that, it was a nice experience."

"Great room and hotel experience. Very nice from room, breakfast and location"

"This is a wonderful extended stay for families. There is a full kitchen with a stove top and a refrigerator that can hold much more than 5 items. I only wish that the sink area of the bathroom was closed off so I could get ready in the morning without waking up others in the room."

"Very smelly room. Ice machine didn’t work work on our floor. Tub took forever to drain from a shower. Just an older building that hasn’t been updated. I did like the complimentary breakfast & the close distance it was to Bob Evans & Roosters. There was plenty of parking."

"Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!"

"My Stay was Nice and the employees did a lot to make my Stay even better! "
