"This was my third stay at the Drury in Mason. Customer service is top-notch. The kick-back, offering a buffet of various food, is excellent. With today's economy, you can't beat it. The free breakfast is also fantastic. I traveled with one person and we really apprecated it. I can't imagine the savings for families. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Every time I've particiapted in the kick back, one of the staff members has asked if I found everything satisfactory. The trip last week ......

"Nice place to stay, only problem was the king size bed was very firm. Breakfast is not included in stay you have to pay extra which is $19.95 per person."

"So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was."

"Do Not Stay! Don’t even risk it! No working pool, empty & under construction as was the whole property. Good luck getting through the hallways. Rooms were gritty dirty, icky foot prints in tub, leaky faucets spray all over countertop & what looked like mold in a lot of places! Floor was so bad we kept our shoes on. Furniture & appliances are dirty & broken, coffee pot was a he** no! Breakfast was to scary to eat & they couldn’t even provide coffee cups for coffee they made. Pulled an extra...

"This property was rundown and showed visible signs of long-term wear. When we checked out, police where in the parking lot due to a disturbance at the hotel? This appeared to be a regular incident. Would not stay at this property again!"

"The hallway and elevators smelled bad. Poorly lit. The floors on the 3rd floor was cracking and making sounds. We stayed from Thursday to Monday and no one cleaned our room or got us clean towels. We really really had a bad experience it was extremely frustrating I did not get my money’s worth. I would not recommend this hotel to no one"
