"We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The view from the penthouse was breathtaking, and we never wanted to leave because of its breathtaking beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here in the future!"

"House has 4 beach towels 4 beach chairs 2 coolers - kitchen has everything you need - location is perfect - community pool not crowded at all - only complaints are the shower is VERY small and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Parking was not an issue ever. Outside upstairs patio is spacious and great for hanging out playing games etc. Murphy bed was comfortable and had a privacy curtain. Great place to stay close to downtown across Bay"

"Awesome studio home that had everything we needed. Hannah was an amazing host and communicated very well. The view was so nice, and we enjoyed that it was close to Cruz Bay and within a 20 minute drive of all the beautiful beaches on the north! "

"The property was super-clean, well-equiped and had all necessary eating utensils and cookware. It is located near the top of a hill on the outskirts of Cruz Bay, best reached by taxi or rental car. Guests can walk down to the main road and take a safari taxi to go to downtown Cruz Bay, and take another safari taxi to go to the beautiful north-coast beaches. The property is well-recommended to all potential guests."

"We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings."

"The villa is strategically located close to Cruz Bay and on the main thoroughfare for transportation to the other end of St John.The villa setup was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped. Provided beach supplies were quite handy.We plan on booking again."

"Positives: super high end appliances, cookware, dishes, blender, toaster, microwave, etc. Comfortably sleeps 4 (2 ppl in each queen bed). Bedrooms, kitchen, patio, and livingroom area were clean and comfortable. Great location! Short walk to town, and short drive to the beaches. Prop manager was easy to contact with questions.Negatives: Bathroom needs some serious TLC (ceiling is unpainted, shower curtain bar is not super secure) but it's all cosmetic. Hot water only lasts about 10 mins,...

"Inaccurate listing. Said fully air conditioned. It wasn't. Owner constantly tried to get my credit card info outside of VRBO platform underthreat of enormous fees if I didn't. 200 for leaving a dirty towel. 500 for not taking garbage bag to the dumpster, etc. Do not rent from this person"

"The condo was spacious, very nicely decorated, in a great location and had an absolutely amazing view. The kitchen was well stocked, comfortable bedding, plenty of towels. Everything we needed was there!!"

"Lovely place. First time in this unit. I normally get 309. This one is just as nice. "

"We were looking for somewhere to stay for our first night on the island before taking the car ferry to St. John for the week. This location was perfect for us with the ferry being only 3 minutes away. The complex itself was so convenient with a wonderful poolside restaurant only steps away. We also enjoyed walking through the marina and hanging out on Sapphire Beach and trying those restaurants. Our stay here was the perfect kick off to our vacation week. Thank you!"

"Loved this property! Cleanest condo we have stayed in at Saphire. Has all the extras to make beach days easier including chairs, beach towels and coolers (although we did wish their was some beach toys). You will not be disappointed! Will definitely stay again. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this condo on Sapphire Beach! The location was great— we had stunning ocean views from the balcony. One of our favorite parts of the day was enjoying our morning coffee out there, watching the waves roll in.The owner, VJ, was wonderful—always prompt and helpful with communication via text or the VRBO app, which I really appreciated.The condo itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the little kitchenette, which made it easy...

"We had the best and easiest time staying at this property the night before my catamaran cruise. The location was a short cab ride away from the marina and was well stocked for a beach day at Sapphire Beach. Would stay again!"

"Vibeinn is a comfortable "home" heading to the Red Hook harbor. We stayed there after flying into St Thomas, then on the barge to St Johns. We stayed in a studio apt. Perfect and comfortable, clean and neat. Good sleeping bed. We hung out on the pool deck for dinner and coffee. There are several rental options on the property, but its still a home like setting. I can imagine family/friend gatherings they'd be a hoot."

"Et dejligt og hyggeligt mindre hotel, fine områder, pæne og rene værelser og god service. Ulemper er at morgenmad bliver serveret i en picknic kurv udenfor værelset og består af en bagel, en kop kaffe, lidt smørost, en yoghurt og lidt frugt …. Hver eneste dag! Derudover er hotellet halv oppe af en stejl bakke/bjerg og meget besværligt at gå dertil. Når du så kommer på hotellet er der trapper overalt da hotellet er opdelt i flere niveauer og er overhovedet ikke egnet til gangbesværet mennesker. "

"Decay seems to be the state of many hotels in Virgin Islands. Flexibility of getting the room ready sooner than 4pm not available. Not able to call international Numbers to let us know when room is ready. Very little equipment in room to make own meals. But the view is breathtaking. And size of room very good"

Not entirely worth the money...

"I think when you sell this type of room for 4 people it should have a decent sleep couch - it did not. In fact, it way really unacceptable and for that reason everything else (even if really good and with nice service) it just makes it harder to enjoy when half of the family sleeps poorly."
