"On arrival at the property, we discovered that one of the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms was uninhabitable due to a shocking amount of damp and mould, effectively making it a 2 bedroom property. The owners were clearly aware of the issues as they had attempted to cover over a faulty roof light with some antislip matting and black plastic!
