"The place was cheap, but I would say bad value for money for a number of reasons, outlined belowBad - black mould on bedroom curtains- Black mould in the bathroom- Loose wooden planks in the bathroom- Lots of Cobwebs in every room and in the cupboards, even immediately after checking in- Cabinet in bathroom was loose- Not enough toilet roll- No salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers- No bar or shop on site, despite this being advertised- No member of staff seen on site- Very poor...

"The property was very clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is well appointed, and comes with lovely, fluffy soft white towels. We received a welcome kit with tea, coffee, and biscuits, and found scones, jam, and clotted cream in the refrigerator. The Stanley House met our needs and was as described (the only discrepancy we found was that there was no clothes dryer--I even read the manual for the washer online to see if it was a combo washer/dryer). But that is a minor...
