"Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer. It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. Without the app we couldn’t order a...

"This property exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable, beautiful, and spacious. The outdoor space is undeniably the best part! Having maid service on alternating days was very nice. We look forward to staying here again. "

"We have stayed at Montecristo multiple times and the entire property never disappoints. Our villas was spotlessly clean upon arrival and throughout our visit the housekeeping team would stop by daily to see if we needed any services. Being in walking distance to the Quivera Marketplace and Pueblo Bonito at Sunset Beach. All in all an amazing experience "

"We have stayed at Villa La Estancia 5 times over the last 15 years and this condo was the best location by far! It was SO convenient to the pool. Another bonus, the patio is somewhat shaded in the morning for drinking coffee and completely shaded in the afternoon! AC worked well. Matt, the host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the TV."
