You will have private access to the living room, kitchen, dinning area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a balcony via a shared hallway to the property. The flat is fully stocked with the essentials for your stay so that you can have a home away from home. The flat can accommodate up to 4 adults.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and there is a coffee machine and complimentary tea (subject to availability) for your enjoyment.
There is a balcony with view of River Thames for you to enjoy with a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine.
ON BOOKING
We require the following for anyone who books to provide before check-in:

Please be aware that it is essential to comply with the rules and regulations outlined during your stay. Failure to do so will lead to the full deduction from your security deposit. We kindly request your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these terms and conditions.
Early check-in, late check-in, late check-out and early bag drops are possible for a fee but must be agreed upon prior; otherwise, Check-out must be prompt, charges apply, £15 for every extra hour.

Other things to note
QUIET TIME
We are located in a peaceful residential community which is home to many people. We ask that you respect the community’s QUIET hours specifically, between the hours of 9PM TO 8AM noise should be kept to a minimum. Please note a noise monitor is installed on the premises to ensure that noise levels are kept within acceptable limits. If the noise exceeds the set threshold, we will receive notifications. It is important to adhere to the three strike rule regarding noise disturbances. We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for the comfort of all guests. Thank you for understanding and complying with this policy.
BREAKAGES
Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave this could be the full security deposit depending on the item.
SMOKING POLICY
This property strictly upholds a smoke-free policy, which prohibits smoking of any kind, including vaping. We get alerted via our smoke detection monitor in place, which alerts us if any smoke has entered the property.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the full deduction of the security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
PETS
No pets allows, this home is pet-free due to many people being allergic.
THEFT
Theft of any items will result in a full security deposit being taken.
