Da vi ankom fil vi en dobbelt seng men havde bestilt to enkeltmands senge. Problemet blev løst på 2 min. Sådan var det igennem hele opholdet servicen var helt i top

Overordnet set et fint hotel
Et fint hotel for familieophold. Vi fik dog et handicapvenligt værelse, hvor fokus i indretningen - særligt på badeværelset - var på hjælpemidler, skridsikkert gulv, hjælpegreb og faldalarmer. Af samme grund var badet åbent, så vandet kunne sprøjte ud på en stor del af gulvet. Der var installeret en badeforhængsstang, men personalet kunne ikke være behjælpelig med et forhæng. Endelig bemærkes at værelset først var klar på ankomstdagen kl. 15.45, og ikke kl. 15 som anvist. Udover ovennævnte et fint ophold og rent og pænt.

Ok og alligevel ikke
Jeg var glad for værelset og sove skønt i den store seng. Lækkert rent betræk. Lyst og pænt. Stort badeværelse med masser af lys. Dog var der lidt skidt i hjørnerne hist og pist og køleskabet lugtede lidt af ost, da jeg åbnede det og trængte til en klud. Næste morgen går jeg i bad og da jeg skal tørre hår, så virker hårtørreren ikke. Jeg ringer til receptionen og de siger at der kommer en ny. Jeg har langt tykt og tungt hår og tager mange timer om at tørre uden hårtørrer. Der kommer ingen ny hårtørrer og da jeg skal tjekke ud, så går jeg ned efter til receptionen (efter 20-30 min) med hårtørreren i håb om at bytte til en anden. Jeg kan ikke få en anden, ja det kun er rengøringen som har adgang til hårtørrerne. Og receptionisterne kan ikke gøre noget. Der står 3 receptionister.. Så jeg må tjekke ud og går rundt en hel dag i london i kolde januar måned med vådt hår. Med 3-4 personerne i receptionen kunne man ønske at nogen måske gik med op og fandt en ny. De var ellers søde ved udtjekning, men jeg tager ikke derhen igen til den pris (dkk 1.400 for 1 nat), når sådan en lille ting ikke virker.

Great trip. The room was fully stocked and clean. The daily housekeeping was a bonus. I had to call around 10pm forcan extra wash cloth and it arrived within 15 minutes. Great service in the bar as well.

The hotel accommodations and staff were great! The hotel is perfectly located near the Tower of London and the underground station is a block away. But you need to plan ahead for the trip back to the airport if you have an early flight because taxis/Uber are not available at all time. I had to pay £100 pounds for a car reservation that I made at the lobby because my flight was at scheduled for 7:25am. I though that was very expensive. Also, overall, the Uber service around the area is not the greatest and I ended up canceling many Uber requests and taking the Tube instead because the waiting time was too long.

Stayed in their Executive Suites with king bed and pullout couch, overall stay was good with the exception of the bed. Both mattresses were “lumpy/bumpy”. My work colleagues had the same issues with their bed mattress. After a long day, would’ve liked to rest in a more comfortable bed.

Great location…across the street from London Tower. Tube station approximately 100 yards away and jump on jump off bus tour stop across the street also. Staff super friendly and the rooms are good size and very clean. Will stay again!!!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. There is a subway station right outside your door. Great pubs close by. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spotless.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and great amenities like cookies, tea and cookies in the morning. The location couldn’t be beat - walking distance to the train, Tower of London, and good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
