Der var ikke meget komfort i den sovesofa som var til tredje mand, samtlige fjeder sad overalt på kroppen. Det var dyrt i forhold til hvad det var.

A great hotel in a perfect location between Paddington Station, Lancaster Gate and Hyde Park. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean and the kichenette was well equipped and useful. Will come back

Fremragende oplevelse
Perfekt ophold med god service. Vi fik lov at tjekke ind tidligere og lade bagage stå på afrejsedagen. Rummelige værelser (dobbelt suite) med ok privatliv mellem værelserne. 3 minutters gang til undergrunden, Hyde Park og til caféer med mulighed for morgenmad.

Meget lille badeværelse, værelset ok men der manglede en ordentlig stol eller 2 i stedet for 2 barstole og bord, det er vi en anelse for gamle til at synes om. Vi var 3 på værelset, ok for 3 nætter have det været længere var det for småt. Stor ros til receptionen, sød pige som hjalp med forskellige oplysninger.

This hotel was well located near Hyde park and Oxford street and Paddington station. We were supposed to have a suite but it was very small. The beds were comfortable. The hotel needs some maintenance work- paint, walls and floors. The bathroom floor is dangerously slippery and there is no place to hang wet towels. The clock radio was not plugged and impossible to set to the correct time. If you want a place in this area that is quiet with a kitchenette then this may be your place. If you want something nice I might suggest somewhere else but it might cost you more.

This hotel is convenient to Paddington station which is very convenient for getting around on buses, trains or the underground, and Hyde Park. The hotel room was reasonable size and watched the description. Better than expected.

Excellente situation proche de Hyde Park et directement sur centrale Line. Personnel très sympathique. Chambre bien équipée un peu juste sur le ménage ( les vitres par exemple) sinon rien à redire

部屋がとても快適でした。また、バスタオルがふかふかでとても気持ちよかったです。 立地も、パディントン駅とバイトパークの中間に位地しているため、どこに行くにもスムーズでした。また、ハイドパークの朝散歩はとても気持ちが良かったです。 スタッフの皆さんも笑顔で対応してくれたので、英語が苦手な私の海外1人旅というチャレンジでしたが、安心して宿泊できました。

Jorge,You only booked 2 rooms. You arrived with 5 adults. Therefore we offered a family room with supplement charge to accommodate the 05th person . Its very reasonable and discounted rate.

Terrific hotel - right by Paddington station, walkable to Hyde Park and Kensington, great restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel is on a quiet side street and beautiful inside, with modern facilities and soft luxury towels and sheets. The only possible downside is that they don’t have breakfast, but there’s coffee shops and restaurants steps away (particularly recommend Lauren’s, right around the corner.)

フロントは親切でフレンドリーなので気持ち良く宿泊できました。フライトの都合で2室4泊を急遽3泊にせざるを得なかったが、払戻不可料金だったので当然返金は期待していないものの、万が一乗れなかった場合に最後まで部屋をキープしてもらうようお願いした際も、快く対応してくれて安心した。シングルベッド2台の部屋は広さはないもののキッチンもあり必要十分の設備を備えていた。パディントン駅近くで探したが、快適なホテルに泊まれて本当に良かった。

Good location, friendly reception staff, provided us with a room upgrade which was a lovely suprise. Room spacious and comfortable with many ameneties. Only negative was that the rooms are a bit dated and could do with refresh. But otherwise was a great stay and would recommend.
