Nice stay in small room
Havde på forhånd checket at det ikke var et petite værelse vi havde booket, men superior værelse. Det var desværre to navne for det samme værelse, så vi havde et meget lille værelse, hvor der ikke engang var plads til to åbne kabinekufferter med mindre de lå på sengen, som kun var 140 cm, hvilket er småt for en dobbeltseng, hvor man også faldt ind mod midten om natten. Sov faktisk dårligt og for lille værelse til et 4-stjernet hotel, synes vi. Ellers rent og pænt og lækre håndklæder. Personalet meget venligt, dog kunne det være rart at personalet ved morgenmaden ikke næsten råbte til en, blot fordi de sagde at man kunne vælge hvilket æg man ville have, og når man så ikke valgte et af de to mulige, var de lidt nedladende så alle i restauranten kunne høre det. De kunne jo have spurgt om jeg ville have spejlæg eller scrambled, så ville der ikke være tvivl. Ellers lå hotellet supergodt i forhold til fx Oxford Street.

Lever ikke op til områdets og prisens standard
Der er en stor cigar lounge i stueetagen. Selvom der er lukket til gangen og værelserne er der en meget tydelig lugt af gammel røg. Værrelserne og service er ikke på højde med lignende hoteller i Marleybone i samme prisleje.

Romantisk weekend for to
I gå afstand til oxfordstreet og andre hyggelige gader med lækre restauranter. Hotellet var super fint og værelset meget romantisk. Passede perfekt til en romantisk weekend. Dog lidt for dyrt, hvis man skulle have boet der i længere tid. Personalet virkede professionelle og høflige. Alt i alt et godt ophold.

Et rigtig dejligt hotel med et imødekommende og meget hjælpsomt personale. Fantastisk morgenmad :) Dejligt badeværelse Ro og stilhed - selvom vi var midt i en hektisk storby

Være obs på at standard værelset er meget småt. Noget af personalet var meget søde andre var så lidt nærværende.. under 5 min. til oxford St. Husk at besøge the Wallace collection der er på vejen til Oxford street.

Good value for money. There was a surprise service charge that we had to pay. However, the hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again, the location is very good.

I had a great experience at 10 Manchester St. Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but perfect for my needs, clean and updated. I would stay here again!

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and quiet - would definitely stay again. Only dusappointment was the "discretionary service charge". I wasnt going to get into an argument about that as i really apprecaied early check in and upgrade, but it is not what you expect and i dont see what service i received that would not be included in the room rate.

I had a deluxe double room - and would have expected a bath and a shower instead of just a bath. When I checked out, I was asked if I wanted to give £11 “to our wonderful housekeeping staff”. When I questioned this, I was told I had agreed to this when I signed my registration form. In had - but very few people read everything on their registration form I don’t understand why the hotel can’t simply add £11 to the price in the first place. Taking an extra £11 seems a little underhand,

Very comfortable hotel all together, well located in a lovely area a few minutes’ walk from shops & restaurants and close to bus stops and Tube stations, small but comfortable and well equipped room, very kind and helpful staff, excellent breakfast in the charming dining room.

Wonderful location lots of restaurants shopping and short walk to the Baker Street and Bond St tube station and bus line…wonderful staff very hospitable and attentive.. room was very comfortable (tv reception not good from US) Great towels! No stars, don’t stay here avoid it
Arrived to no one to help with multiple bags. Room was tiny, worn carpet, smelt of smoke, TV didn’t work and the shower leaked. I asked to move room was told no. I had to carry all my bags to the room myself, no help was offered. When I checked out, I was presented with a bill for a service charge, when asked what this was for, the lady couldn’t explain except say, that’s what we do here? For what? I had no food or drink and carried my own bags? Will never stay here again, no apology and I advise you not to book this hotel. Pay less or more and stay somewhere else. So poor for its location.

We are very sorry to read that your recent stay with us fell below your expectations. We try to do everything within our power to make sure your check in process runs as quickly and efficiently as possibly and am very sorry to read about your experience. It is true that, as we are a boutique hotel and our occupancy fills up room changes may not be available despite always doing our best to accommodate these requests. The service charge is a minimal, standard accommodation charge which is clearly listed on both our website and the registration card that is signed by the guest . This is, however, a discretionary charge and can be taken off should the guest request. We apologize again for any disappointment you may have experienced in your stay.
