Ligger perfekt i forhold til både shopping, transport til og fra lufthavnen og undergrunden er lige ved siden af. Ligger lige op af hyde park hvis man vil gå en tur i naturen. Selve hotellet er meget flot og indbydende. Tilkøb af morgen kan helt klart anbefales, der er noget til alle. Værelserne er stadig i meget god stand. Vi har været på dette hotel flere gange over de sidste 10 år og det er stadig lige godt hver gang.

Det perfekte hotel i London
Stort og meget pænt hotel med højt et service niveau. Vi boede på et standard dobbeltværelse, som var super pænt og rent. Hotellet har den perfekte beliggenhed, klods op af Hyde Park, ca. 8 minutters gang til Oxford Street/Marble Arch, og 6 minutters gang fra Paddington st. Lancaster Gate st. Ligger lige om bag hotellet. Kan varmt anbefales.

Overdådig service
Lige fra man træder udaf taxien er servicen perfekt og ved indtjekningen var de meget behagelige og venlige , sørgede med det samme for at tage hånd om vores bagage mens vi tjekkede ind . Vi var kommet i god tid og var heldige at vi kunne komme på værelset med samme og en medarbejder vist os deres nye sikkerhedsystem og fortalte om internettet,vores bagage blev leveret ved vores værelse.

Lækkert hotel
Lækkert hotel, som ligger tæt på Oxford street. Og vil du spare på benkræfterne ligger undergrunden lige ved siden af. Hotellet ligger desuden ned til den dejlige Kensington og Hyde Park. Personalet er søde og smilende. Alt i alt et det et rigtig dejligt besøg.

Kun ét blødt punkt
På næsten alle måder et topophold. Hotellet er nyrenoveret - nogle områder er endnu ikke færdige - og personalets omsorg og service er i topklasse. Kun på et enkelt område kiksede det: Morgenbuffeten lader til at være det bløde punkt. Ost i skiver forblev fraværende under hele morgenmåltidet, og da vi bestilte blødkogte æg, var de 20 minutter undervejs. Og de var ganske hårdkogte, da de kom, så vi måtte genbestille. 5-7 minutter senere kom så de blødkogte æg, men det er naturligvis ikke godt nok med så lang ventetid. Desuden var der en tom plads i vores marmeladeholder på bordet, hvor der skulle have været orangemarmelade, så...

The rooms are really small, with almost no space for more than one suitcase on the floor. We enjoyed the customer service and had a great experience otherwise.

If you prefer nature and history, this location is perfect. Upon arrival it was a short walk from Paddington Station when travelling from Heathrow. Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. Having a tube station directly underneath the hotel was perfect for the novice London visitor. The concierge, bellhops, hospitality desk, room service, and housekeeping was attentive to every details and very helpful in a timely manor. The rooms are small but efficient. Reminded me of a cruise ship stateroom.

This was our third stay at the Royal Lancaster and as always, the staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. We had breakfast everyday. After the first day the staff recognized us and personally greeted us. Aziza gave us some information about places to go and things to do.

Property was clean and well managed. Housekeeping was great where the manager also checked in. The only downside is that the room is quite small where it was difficult to find a spot to open up our luggage

This is a beautiful property right across from the magnificent Hyde Park. The tube and bus stop are just round the corner. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail is superb. We also enjoyed an incredible view of the city from our comfortable bedroom. The room was extremely clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and biscuits in our room.

Pleasant surprise! Really liked the vibe of the hotel - rooms are well appointed and very bright even if a bit small. Many have great views towards Hyde Park. Quiet area and super assessable to Notting Hill, Marleybone, Mayfair etc., tube station next door, Paddington Station 10 min taxi ride and who doesn’t love a walk in Hyde Park which is right across the street. The staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful, really made the stay memorable!
