You are just a stones throw away from Balham tube station. From Balham tube station you can jump on the Northern line and arrive in Central London in just 20 minutes. There is also a lovely high road bustling with cafe, shops, bars and restaurants. Importantly you are just a few minutes walk

Enter this newly renovated apartment and appreciate the original Victorian features alongside the modern finish. There is a bright living room that has a double sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests and a great dining table where you can have a enjoy a meal in after a busy day out of the house. There is a modern kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect.

Finally there is a fantastic main bedroom with plenty of space to relax after a day out and a modern bathroom complete with a shower.

Guests have access to the whole property

‘We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.’

‘Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule’

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
