Utrolig lydt. Man kunne høre ALT fra gaden, de andre værelser og vandrørende brummede konstant. Vi boede endda på den øverste etage - så længst væk fra gaden, men det lød 24/7 som om vi havde åbent vindue lige ud til biler, mennesker og metro, som er lige rundt om hjørnet. Gulvet virker ustabilt, men personale var flinke:-)

Fint ophold og god oplevelse. Lidt specielt med værelse i kælder uden vindue, men ny-renoveret og alt i alt ok. Fin mexicansk restaurant i sammenhæng med hotel, god aftensmad, mindre spændende morgenmad (ok, men ikke noget spræl).

Fint hotel men sengene var alt for små til to personer. De var for korte og smalle. Og det påvirkede desværre opholdet. Ellers var det ok men ikke mere.

Beliggenhed, beliggenhed og venligt personale.
Hotellets beliggenhed var den primære grund til at vi valgte hotellet. Der er tre stationer lige rundt om hjørnet, hvilket gjorde det fleksibelt at komme rundt. Vi fik et værelse på 2. sal med udsigt til nabobygningen, hvilket passede os rigtig fint. Værelset havde alt hvad jeg forventede og grundig daglig rengøring. Det virkede til at at værelset var nyrenoveret, da alt stod snorlige og uden brugsspor. Der var ingen støjgener fra vej og tog hvilket vi blev positivt overrasket over, det eneste vi kunne høre var når dørene smækkede hos naboværelserne. Så alt i alt, bagateller. Det Bedste var nu service niveaet hos personalet. Der var altid to i receptionen, og altid med et smil. Her var ingen dumme spørgsmål og de var super hjælpsomme.

Forholdsvist centralt - med 1,5 km til Camden Market og 1,5 km til butiksområdet. På trods af en travel hovedvej ude foran hotellet var der roligt på værelset. Værelset var småt og sengen kort pga. værelsets størrelse.

Dejligt hotel tæt på det meste
Hotellet ligger fantastisk placeret for en tur til Finsbury Park eller Tottenham Hotspurs, og kun en kort undergrundstur fra det centrale London. Værelset var ikke så stort, men rigeligt stort til en storbytur, hvor man alligevel kun er der for at overnatte. Sengene var komfortable. Morgenmaden super, og kaffen rigtig god.

The check in process was incredibly poor. The lady asked for my name, spent a couple of minutes looking for my reservation then asked her colleague if she could go on her break and upped and left!! Never seen anything like it. Rooms very small and border line clean. Only stay here if you must

This was the perfect hotel for us, close to Euston Square, Euston and Warren Street stations, and for Avis hire car pick up. Nice room, with a lift, plenty of space, and great staff.

Don’t book this. Rooms are tiny, even by London standards. The one tiny table to put things in was broken and fell over. Black mold in the shower. No place to put luggage, no closet or hangers. We had to call Expedia and cancel after one night and they still charged us for three nights. Moved to another hotel it was not anything where you would want to stay.

The hotel is in a great location for getting around the city. There are multiple tube stations in the area to get everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a few negatives. The hotel is located in a busy area and across the street from a hospital, which makes for a lot of noise at all hours. The bathroom is not very private from the room because there is only frosted glass around the bathroom. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable. All in all the hotel was comfortable and well located for touring the city.

Overpriced for very small rooms. The bathrooms are almost on top of the beds. No hot water in the shower in the morning. Felt more like a cell than a hotel room, looking out into a solid brick wall with very little natural light

The hotel amenities were ok, the cleaners do an amazing job, however the young receptionist from the night shift, he is just not cut for the job. He just couldn’t be bothered, he just had no interest of being there even patronising at some point. Never mentioned the vip perks, stuck us on a basement room and I have never seen a smile on his face, just rudeness and grumpiness. Completely ruined the stay. Also, during busy times there was no hot water and they wouldn’t keep the luggage after 14:00. if i knew that in advance I would have stayed in an airbnb. The room in the basement, there was no keys to open the window so for someone staying there for 3 x nights the air doesn’t even circulates. Overall, there is potential to be a nice hotel but all this minor things together do not make it a nice experience.

The location was excellent being close to both Euston and St Pancras station. Property was slightly tired and the shower took forever to heat up. Reception staff were lovely and even let me check in early, which is always appreciated after an early start.

Unfortunately our room backed onto the fire door. So when anyone walked through it, the door slammed shut and shook the wall our headboard was attached too. This happened frequently throughout the night. Which kept us awake. Each slam was loud and disturbing as well as the wall shaking

Not recommended. Took approx 30 mins to check in! Room noisy due to a rattling air con fan. Tv not working in room so ended up using a phone to watch something Bought a coffee in restaurant and got served a coffee that was expresso sized. Poor, would not visit again. Das Hotel liegt zwar in guter Lage, direkt neben 3 grossen Tube Stationen. Leider ist das Hotel schon sehr heruntergekommen. Laminat im Wohbereich ist so dermassen kaputt, das dieser schon notdürftig mit Nägeln befestigt werden muss. Es geht hier nicht um einen kleinen Teil, sondern um den gesamten Boden. Habe mir sogar 2 Zehen daran blutig gestoßen. Das Fenster ist undicht. Es regnet im warsten Sinn in das Zimmer. Was neben dem Bett auch für extreme Schimmelbildung sorgt. Im Bad setzten sich die Probleme leider fort. Schimmel wo man hinsieht. Auch sind die Einrichtungen stark defekt. Waschbeckenabfluss verstopft, Toilettenspülung rinnt die ganze Nacht. Eingetrocknete kleine Tierchen im oberen Fliesenbereich. Das Bett ist zwar sehr gemütlich, doch muss man nachts mit Mitbewohnern rechnen, welche beissen und oder stechen (tippe auf Bettwanzen). Im grossen und ganzen kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Positives: das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it is close to the Warren street line and the Euston station line making it easy to take the tube. They were able to accommodate for an early check in which was great as we arrived to London at 8am in the morning.
