God location og fine, rummelige værelser. Lidt mærkelig lugte på gangene og enkelte af værelserne. Meget langsom check ind og i det hele taget ikke en top effektiv reception. Rigtig fin morgenmad.

Lidt blandet oplevelse
Hotellet er meget fint, men desværre fik vi tildelt et værelse på 8. sal lige overfor et fitness rum med støj fra taget, aircondition og mennesker som anvendte fitness rummet. Vores venner som vi rejste med fik et værelse ved siden af os, også på 8. sal. Da vi påtalte det til receptionen den næste morgen, fik kun min veninde et andet værelse, men vi fik besked på at vente. Det resulterede i to nætter næsten uden søvn. De to sidste nætter blev vil flyttet ned på samme etage som min veninde. Dette kun fordi en mandlig manager tog over( han var indisk eller lign) og fik sørget for et værelsesbytte. De første nætter faldt kode- låsen også af vores dør flere gange uden dette blev fixet. Morgenmaden er meget fin og hotellet ligger godt i forhold til undergrund og shopping muligheder. Personalet har dårlig intern kommunikation.

Dejlig morgenmad hvor du kan bestille varme retter. Fint værelse med gode senge - dog lille værelse. Vinduerne kan ikke åbnes, men klimaanlægget fungerede rigtigt godt. Vi havde værelse 753 - helt stille værelse. Bus 94 til Piccadilly Circus går lige uden for døren.

God oplevelse
Hotellet var rent og pænt, og, personalet var behjælpelige. Jeg fik bl.a. uden problemer anvist et nyt værelse med to enkeltsenge i stedet for det værelse med en enkelt dobbeltseng. Placeringen af hotellet var også rigtig fin. Jeg kan klart anbefale at inkludere morgenmad med opholdet. Til min store overraskelse bestod morgenmaden ikke kun af en klassisk buffet, men også frit valg fra selve menuen - fantasisk opgradering.

Better service at the premier Inn. Bar doesn’t open until 5pm so can’t even get a glass of water, was advised there was one in our room but we couldn’t get in our room as it wasn’t ready yet. No mention of check out times or what time breakfast was. £15 for a breakfast that was un edible, tables not set up, couldn’t even have a cup of tea as no hot water left and when asking they just walked off. The rooms were very comfortable and clean but a give me your key at check out wasn’t really necessary the reception team need training on the small touches. Even the manager didn’t even greet us with with a hello or even his name when we asked to speak to him about a member of staff laughing at me when I called as the spa had closed down and I called to see if they could recommend one I wouldn’t even known he was a manager there, one thing I will say is it great if your going to the 02

Check in was poor. I had emailed the hotel to say we would be early and accept the receptionist saying the room will be ready at 3pm. Upon re arrival at 320 we was told to wait 10 mins. At 345 no room and other people had been checked in while we waited. After complaining we was told there was a room and breakfast would be free of charge. Staff covering breakfast were stretched and tables were not cleaned up quickly. Hot food was cool temperature. The area around the hotel felt unsafe in the evening.

Goede locatie voor een stedentrip. Vanuit metrostation Shepherds Bush (5 minuten lopen) kun je alle bezienswaardigheden eenvoudig bereiken. De omgeving kan mogelijk s’avonds onveilig aanvoelen als vrouw alleen. Het hotel is schoon, prima kamer, ruime douche.

I booked this hotel for my birthday a queen size standard room. My room was decent but I wasn't happy with the view as it was facing another room. I made it known to the recipient after my first night and luckily enough I was given a free upgrade to a suit for the rest of my stay. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very nice.

Overall very nice hotel and would stay again. Well presented throughout and staff are very attentive. The rooms itself aren’t as “well kept” as the main areas of hotel. Maybe because it’s a 4 star rating I expected a bit more of the rooms. For example the furnitures seem worn down, the TV in the room I had was very small and had limited channels made available. Tea and coffee facilities were at hand, plenty wardrobe space as well. The bathroom was very spacious but no storage for toiletries even the toothbrushes had to be kept outside the bathroom. I would also request a room away from the elevator as my room was directly in front of it and at times was quite noisy. Like I said overall a nice hotel for a short stay. :))

I loved the property, it's a converted Cinema that I used to frequent as a child growing up in the area, so it was unique for me to come back and stay here. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful at all times, particularly the staff during breakfast service. I was in a room on the 7th floor, which on first impressions was very nice, but unfortunately it had a continuous damp smell to it as you entered. Upon entry, you placed your room key in a slot by the door, which activated the electrics in the room, which in turn meant you could adjust the temperature on the air conditioning, as it was usually set to 'warm' most of the time. I just can't sleep in a hot room as I get migraines, so this was a problem for me. It really didn't seem like the room would cool down much at all, as being on the top floor, heat rises from the rest of the hotel and also with the room key turning the electrics off and temperature back up each time I left, I was fighting a losing battle there anyway. There wasn't any ventilation in the bathroom either which wasn't helping the damp smell and so I left the door open when showering which seemed to help a little, plus the windows didn't open, due to safety reasons I guess. Overall the room was pleasant enough, the WiFi was great, the bed was comfortable except for the pillows. They were very disappointing and hard, which I was surprised by, as most hotels supply very plush soft and feathery ones and the TV pixelated constantly when it was on.
