Noisy room
The AC/Fan/heater was extremely noisy and after turning off a constant sound kept coming back - called the reception and they promised to fix the day after, but still there. Had two nights of terrible sleep

Very beautiful lobby that smells terrific! The rooms are a little impersonal and don't live up to the entrance, but the gym is great!

Perfect location, friendly staff
Spent two days, the location is ideal, staff very friendly, rooms spacious, beds and pillows nice. As I got into my room I realised the internet connection was underwhelming, but the receptionists swiftly accommodated my problem and provided me with a different room. Everything is nice and clean, but also a bit on the seasoned side. Breakfast OK, but no more than that.

God beliggenhed
Hotellet har en god beliggenhed; tæt ved Charing Cross og Embankment stationerne, og inden for gå afstand til store dele af det centrale del af byen. Eneste negative var, at deres it system havde nedbrud, så en anden gæst fik samme værelse som jeg - det største problem var mest den anden gæst; hotellet undskyldte og sørgede for at låsen blev omkodet, så jeg var den eneste med adgang til mit værelse.

It was in an extremely central location in all directions; only thing I would, would be to have a small fridge in each room, some of us have medication that needs to be refridgerated.

The hotel room was very small but the location was great for the money. The staff was very friendly and the free club room for coffee and tea was very nice. The bar at the hotel is nice for a convenient night cap.

Its a great property! Just in the center of London, everywhere around is walkable. Its clean and nice but its time for an update. Staff is great!

This was my second stay at Club Quarters Trafalgar Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the hotel and it was quite. There are two things that I really like about this hotel. First, it is very close to Embankment tube station. You can easily get to the London Tube and quickly get around the city. Second, this hotel has a small laundry facility that is free for guests to use. Really like that!

I stayed here for a marathon, and it was very conveniently located in the heart of London. The only complaint is that there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom. Otherwise, the service is fantastic, and you can't beat the location!

My wife and I stayed in a Club Room for 4 nights. It was our first time traveling to London from the United States, and we are so thankful we booked a room here. We love walking around while exploring new cities and this hotel gave us the ability to do that. We felt safe to see the city on foot; walking to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and more. Staff was excellent. Complimentary coffee (with a to-go option) in the Club Lounge every day.

It would be nice to have breakfast (Continental) included with the room rate and upgrade to larger breakfast as needed. The Continental breakfast had no protein other than dairy based while we were there and one of us has dairy intolerance.

Great location- very walkable. Hotel staff were amazing- very friendly and always happy to help. Room was very nice- spacious and clean, with a small mini fridge and microwave. Would definitely stay next visit to London.
