OK hotel beliggende centralt i London, med et meget serviceminded personale, både i reception og ved servering af den inkluderede morgenmad - altid opmærksomme og parate til at besvare spørgsmål. Rengøring var der hver dag, intet at udsætte på det - dog undrer det mig, at der er sat et lille info skilt op på badeværelset om at genbruge sit håndklæde ved at hænge det op igen og alligevel blev det skiftet hver dag. Værelset var et standard værelse med 2 enkeltsenge, toilet for sig og håndvask/bad for sig i 2 separate rum. Ikke fancy, men det fungerede for os. Havde 6 overnatninger og var godt tilfredse med opholdet. Kommer gerne igen.

Beliggenheden er rigtig god - tæt på bus og undergrundstation, og alligevel kan man gå til mange steder derfra - British Museum, Covent Garden, Charles Dickens Museum m.m. Flink og hjælpsomt personale, dejligt rent værelse med god plads og dagligt rengøring.

Temmelig megen gadelarm. Badeværelse OK, men der manglede toiletbørste og skridmåtte til badekarret. Morgenmaden ikke god - kun hvidt brød, røræg klumpet og vandig, "bacon" = tykke skiver, nærmest hamburgerryg, wienerbrød/croissanter bagt alt for længe siden.

God central beliggenhed. Pæne værelser og pænt hotel. Sødt personale. Meget larm fra gaden og ingen aircon på værelset, vi havde. Helt fantastisk morgenmad og stort hensyn til allergier mm. Hårde senge og stive dyner. Samlet set anbefalelsesværdigt!

Excellent stay
Excellent location. Had a room facing the garden, great view and very quiet. The breakfast was really good. The towels were chanced every day which was not necessary.

Rimeligt hotel til rimelig pris.
Man får hvad man betaler for :) Hotellet er af ældre dato og det kan mærkes rundt omkring. Lidt slidt, lidt gamle møbler og senge og så utroligt tynde vægge. Vi havde værelse mod haven, hvilket var rigtig godt og gjorde at der absolut ingen støj var fra vejen. Morgenmad var ok uden at være fantastisk. Sengene er hårde, nævnte det i receptionen og vi fik en topmadrad hvilket hjalp meget. Wi-fi var rigtigt godt tidligt på morgenen men jo flere folk der stod op, jo dårligere blev det. Et stort plus var at vi kunne få vores bagage opbevaret i et aflåst rum efter check-out.

Mixed feelings
Extreme noice both from the street and from neighbour room. First room we got was on 1 floor, it felt like we were sleeping on the street. The service on the hotel was outstanding and they did what they could to move us, but hotel was fully booked, so not possible to move us more than one floor up. It helped, but then we got a room which was connected to another room (only two thin doors apart). We could hear EVERYTHING, including the neighbours having laud sex with spanking - not fun when you are at a hotel with your 12 year old daughter. I would not recommend this hotel unless you ensure high floor/garden view with no connection with other rooms. Breakfast is nice and good service

Personalet var imødekommende og generelt god service. God beliggenhed og dejligt med badekar på badeværelset. Også fint med separat badeværelse og toilet. Lidt bøvl med wifi om aftenen/natten.

Centralt placeret hotel, med rigtig god service , hjælpsomt personale og lækker morgenmad. Værelserne var fine, hyggelige og rene, men er gamle…. Og dermed er der også mere lydt end på nyere hoteller. Og næste gang ville jeg vælge værelse mod park/haven. Men alt i alt en rigtig fin oplevelse og vil til hver en tid anbefale eller komme igen

Check in was quick and easy and staff nice and polite. My room was quiet from traffic noise outside and the location of the hotel is good. Walls are paper thin between the rooms so I could clearly hear what my neighbours were doing and talking about. The bed was really hard to sleep on.

A friend and I stayed for one night in a twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, but sadly the shower and bath adjuster was broken. You would try to have a shower and it would run at low pressure as it was filling the bath. It was too late to change rooms as we were going back out for the evening. The hotel in general was clean, staff very friendly/helpful, breakfast good choice, and in a good location for us.

Loved the garden off the dining area and the staff were outstanding. My single room was small, but well appointed. I did find in noisy as it was opposite the elevators and overlooked a busy street.

この価格での内容としてはパーフェクトです。地下鉄駅からも近く、道も平坦。付近にはスーパーやコンビニ的ストア、レストランも豊富で、これから定宿にする、と決めました。中庭でリフレッシュ出来るのが最高。冷蔵庫は無い。電気ケトルあり。

The hotel is in an accessible location, close to universities and museums and in a safe environment. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and they were also helpful in keeping my luggage after check-out. If I were to mention any drawbacks, I stayed in a single room, which I thought could be a bit bigger. Also, a fridge in the room would be very useful.

The staff was amazingly helpful! Front desk personnel is happy to accommodate any need you may have, from ordering car service to helpful suggestions on attractions and best way to get there. Property is clean, updated, and close to all main attractions, easily walkable. For those travelers like us who rented a car It’s great that they have a parking garage right on the property. Although rooms are small, they are completely functional and have everything you would need. I want to give a special recognition to the bartender(Albin) and our server (Riya). We started our trip by staying 1 night. We had drinks and dinner in the restaurant. No special requests about dinner that night or our order. (We were in and out in an hour.) We then left the property for 7 days. On our return (we stayed another 4 nights ) we walked back into the restaurant and both Riya and Albin remembered us, our drinks, as well as what we had ordered 7 nights ago! Amazing that this hotel has the kind of service that I usually only receive in a much more exclusive property. I would definitely recommend this charming hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again!

The restaurant was great, the elevators work only with key cards which was really safe, and the city centre was a walkable distance I was able to see everything in London and it’s steps from the British museum. Would rebook!
