Agréable séjour
Apparthotel moderne vraiment très propre et calme, à aucun moment nous n'avons entendu les voisins, les bruits de la rue ,oui un peu, mais c'est normal nous sommes en ville. Accueil sympathique. Personnel toujours très souriant et aimable. Facilité au niveau des transports, le bus est juste en face de l'hôtel et mène rapidement à la station de métro Aldgate East. Ceci dit l'appartement est vraiment petit pour 4 personnes. A noter que le frigo est vraiment très très petit ne pouvant contenir de grandes bouteilles de 1,5 l. Dommage aussi qu'on ne puisse pas ouvrir la fenêtre.

Städtetrip
Alles in allem war das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Die U-Bahn Station war fussläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zimmer nach vorne ist etwas laut da vor dem Hotel eine Hauptstraße vorbei geht. Wir hatten ab dem zweiten Tag ein Zimmer nach hinten raus wo man nichts mehr gehört hat.

Great apartment and great staff
Spacious well equipped and clean room with nice toiletries. Small kitchenette with fridge, sink, kettle, toaster. Good location. Staff on reception super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble

Trots att hotellet ligger en bit från tunnelbanan är det lätt att ta sig till och från. Fin lägenhet med viss möjlighet till mat"lagning". Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och fixade allt vi frågade om.

Wouldn’t stay again
Hotel is good and clean. But area is dodgy and no facilities nearby. Wasn’t given wifi code on arrival, which was poor, and info wasn’t in the room. Fresh milk in the fridge would have been nice and more than 2 tea bags! Sound of doors banging from other rooms was quite noisy, as was traffic noise from main road.

Fräscht lägenhetshotell nära busshållplats och ca 9 min till tunnelbanan. Köket innehöll dock bara ett pyttelitet kylskåp, diskho, brödrost och micro. Iofs var det bra att ha. Hade önskat krokar i badrummet och en garderob att hänga kläder i. Vi trivdes dock bra, utsikten var fin och vi kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka.

Bad area to stay at, not worth the difference in price for a more central location, friendly customer service, the check in screens they have dont add any value or speed to the process and they should have someone there, we waited on the street for someone to come an open the door, it's clean, very basic bed and poor quality of the sofa bed

Very clean and well appointed property, reasonable sized rooms, and attentive staff. Self-catering, so don't expect full hotel service. There will be people who are put off by the area. I know the East End so I wasn't, and I appreciate the easy connections to the City and elsewhere. I you want to stay in a glamorous part of London, this isn't for you, but as a convenient and pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price, this fits the bill.

The room and facilities in the room were great, clean and in great condition. Not far from Shoreditch and Central London by bus or car. The area is abit run down compared to other surrounding areas but as the property is a great and close to other good areas I wouldnt let that deter you.

Clean apartment with attentive staff.
AC was not working well on our first day, bu the desk manager immediately gave us a standing fan for ventilation. The very next day, the AC was fixed by the technical crew, so kudos for the swift action. The room is spacious and clean, with a simple kitchen, chairs and table. The bed has clean sheets and it feels great. TV was working, and toilet is good. No toothbrush given, but we had our own. Short walk from subway station, with Tesco Express nearby for necessities shopping.

Location was good and so was overall condition of the room. Room was clean on arrival, though service was only provided once during our 10 days stay and charges were associated with additional towels for example. Communication was not good. Nobody was available upon our check-in and instead of owning mistake, we were accused of not having rang the door bell (2 other clients were also trying to get in at that time). They are not forthcoming with information and you only find out details upon asking. They do not answer phone and want to communicate solely by WhatsAp During part of our stay (maybe 3 days), other clients must have been smoking in their room and the smell of smoke in the room we rented was overpowering.

Regarding the cleaning, as the hotel is like self service apartments, we do not go inside and clean the room every day hence why you only had full service provided once during the stay. As for the check-in, we apologize that you had to wait for someone from the hotel to assist you. We always try to open the doors and check-in the guests as soon as we can. Once again, we apologize for the caused inconvenience and poor communication that you received as it is never our intention to do so. The room you stayed in had a terrace where guests are more than welcome to smoke so it is unlikely the room was smoked in before. We checked it as well several times prior your time to ensure everything was up to the standard. Kind regards,
