"We had a wonderful time at Villa Ancora. From the time I booked Antonella (our host) was so engaged and friendly. She met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed. She gave us great advice on local markets, restaurants and ideas to make the most of our vacation. We enjoyed every aspect of the beautiful property from the cozy beds to the well-appointed kitchen, the stunning view and comfortable pool area. "

"We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. "Gigantic property! Very cool old chateau feel with the doors, keys & furniture. Remote location in Tuscany. The check-in was a little challenging, as GPS did not bring us to the correct location, but we eventually figured it out. The owners live next door, so they were available for questions, but that means it is a shared backyard with the owners. The kitchen did not have any paper products, such as paper towels or napkins, nor were there any kitchen towels to dry dishes with. Still a...
