Private ferieboliger i Loma

"This little guest-house on the outskirts of Loma, CO is the perfect base camp for any hiking or biking adventure. The host and main-homeowner Tina keeps the space clean, provides snacks, and has enough bits and bobs around the space to meet any needs you may have. It is worth noting that the views are incredible, the space is dog-friendly (Tina has a few simple requests if you bring your furry friend), and the large shower with seats is surprisingly disability/child friendly. "The farmhouse is AMAZING! Very quiet county setting. The home is comfortable, clean with everything needed."

"Great place. Comfortable and well equipped. Every thing you need."

"The house was very clean and cute. It’s very centrally located in town. Worked out perfect for our stay."

"very nice"

"House was cute and a perfect fit. Close to amenities and restaurants, we would definitely stay here again. "

"Clean place with plenty of essential items not found that most stays. Great overall experience."

"House was clean. Fenced yard was great for the dogs. A"

"This was our second stay at Adam's place, and we will definitely return again. The place is the best value out there, and we love the proximity to the downtown area. Great place"

"What a fun location. We were only able to stay one day, but really enjoyed our stay in Fruita. The location is on a quiet street, but still walkable to downtown. We loved being able to walk our dogs to dinner that night. The kids LOVED the "secret" den (it's behind a door that they didn't know about). The also loved the game room in the backyard and we appreciate the A/C unit on the 100 degree day. We would absolutely recommend and would stay here again if we were in Fruita."

"Great spot to relax. Quiet, private and an overall easy-smooth experience."

"Very clean and quiet. Great place to stay with our dogs!"

"Excellent, fast response to all of my questions. Located at a busy intersection. That makes it quick access to many things...still a busy intersection. The home was clean, all the basics covered well. The yard was beautiful, pains taken to mitigate the busy intersection, but still a busy intersection. Beware, if you do not have any TV apps, you will not have use of the TV. Would have liked some unique nighttime architecctural feature to identify the property when returning at night...glad no one...

"Really comfy beds and very clean! We come to GJ often and will stay here again!"

"Pet friendly fenced in yard & we sat outdoors in a shaded area. A spacious house with nice furniture, beds are comfortable & kitchen is adequately supplied. It’s a newer property & felt very clean when we arrived. We would highly recommend this property."

"Great stop for a family with pets along route 70. Nice house and a decent location close to plenty of places to eat."
