Located just a couple of blocks to Downtown Fruita our home offers an open floor plan with a nice blend from the kitchen to the living room. The large Island provides seating for 4 and we also have a small table for 2.

The living room is super cozy with a sectional couch with a memory foam pull out mattress and comfortable chair. We also have a 70" Samsung QLED for evening entertainment after getting off of the trails!

Primary bedroom is vaulted and has a king bed and the secondary bedroom is very comfortable with a queen bed and desk if you need to take care of any work while you are away.

The private fenced backyard offers a newly installed concrete patio with a comfortable outdoor couches and a gas fire pit. The covered front porch is a great spot in the afternoon with some lounger chairs.

We also provide a large secured shed to store any mountain bikes, etc...
