"Easy check-in and close to where we needed to be for a swim meet at the college. The home only had an evaporator cooler. The front of the home was extremely cold and the back half was a little too warm to sleep at night. The home could have used a good dusting and the freezer was dirty. Overall a good stay."

"Mostly great but not friendly for short people. A stool or step ladder would help. Lower the bathroom mirror. With the steps, it is not friendly for someone with a walker. The host was responsive and helpful. Very clean. The back porch with a table was nice when in the shade. Sweetener and creamer for the coffee would be nice."

"This little guest-house on the outskirts of Loma, CO is the perfect base camp for any hiking or biking adventure. The host and main-homeowner Tina keeps the space clean, provides snacks, and has enough bits and bobs around the space to meet any needs you may have. It is worth noting that the views are incredible, the space is dog-friendly (Tina has a few simple requests if you bring your furry friend), and the large shower with seats is surprisingly disability/child friendly. "The owners didn’t communicate check in details so we tried for a couple hours to reach them. Since VRBO didn’t have them either, they were zero help! The owner ended up calling and apologized for the inconvenience. Things happen so no harm done. The place was nice and just as described. Other than the check in snag, everything else was nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- just make sure day before arrival you get door code! Great location."
