The former railway bridge, now maintained as a road access by the local community, over the River Tay at Logierait.

Westend Cottage, Ballinluig
Site of old weir on River Tummel This weir directed the water of the River Tummel into a mill lade for Logierait Mill located near the confluence of the Rivers Tay and Tummel. When the mill ceased to function the weir was destroyed.

Cuil An Daraich and River Tay Cuil An Daraich was a Victorian workhouse then a museum before being turned into flats. The bridge over the River Tay in the background was originally a rail bridge but now carries a road.

Beautiful and very tranquil location. The apartment was big but a bit outdated. When we arrived we were informed the restaurant was closed (it’s apparently closed twice a week) and all shops in the town closed.
