"Was very clean, employees very friendly! A little confusing to get there with multiple properties tucked away in a corner on a random side street, but overall very nice place! Very quiet even though next to highway. Felt safe to go outside and smoke after midnight as 2 females alone.Room had a bit of musty smell that was a little bothersome but not a deal breaker. Pool was clean, nice that there was nobody else using it at the time since it was a Sunday night/Monday morning. Breakfast...

"I’ve been staying at this hotel for years. I love the waterfall in the pool and I love the breakfast in the morning. It’s just my go to place to get away or when I want to take my kids swimming the staff is always friendly. Especially the older gentleman, he’s been there a long time and is always helpful and friendly. "

"Our stay was fantastic. Room was clean bed was comfortable.I was impressed with the upgrades for the price we paid It’s not a Lavish hotel but was nice. It’s a very quiet & safe area that offers a lot of shopping and restaurants. Our over all stay was relaxing for the 10 days we were there. "

"Der blev IKKE gjort rent. Vi har boet her i 9 dage og der bliver ikke gjort rent. Der kommer kun rene håndklæder nogle dage. Der kommer ikke rent på sengene. De bliver sådan lige ret nogenlunde. Der ligger hår i badekaret. Har været i receptionen mange gang og de lover at det bliver bedre og det gør det ikke. Stedet i Livonia er super fint, men de skal finde sig noget rengøringspersonale der ikke bare ser tv og ryger, men laver noget!!"

"The staff was absolutely wonderful from the girls at the front to the custodians. The only complaint I have is the state of the room, needs updates. Light fixtures were cracked, tracks were rusted, sinks clogged, grease stains on the wallpaper. For that area of Livonia, you would expect it to be updated. "

"When I got there, they ‘never got my reservation’ but also told me that the room with the queen bed I reserved wasn’t cleaned by their staff anyway. They had me go check a king room myself to make sure it had been cleaned, and it was warm, damp, and musty and the AC was barely kicking out cool air. They offered me that king room at a higher price (no discount for the ‘lost reservation’) and it all seemed like a scam. I got a refund from Expedia for my booking and did not stay there. "

"Great location right off the highway. Really clean facility with great breakfast. They had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bananas and more. The bananas were very fresh. The only suggestion I would give is don’t stay in room 4101 it’s right near the door that leads outside and slams shut when it closes. It’s very, very loud. Hard to sleep or rest when it’s constantly banging shut. Other than that our stay was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!! "
