We arrived at 3:45pm and 1 out of the 3 rooms was not ready. No big deal - but when we entered the 2nd room it smelled very strong of pot. Asked the front desk to have someone come spray - they did right away and it went away. Ok - still at 5:15pm our 3rd room was not ready - still ok because we were off to host our birthday party at Dave & Busters. When we returned at 7:30pm the room was ready. However, when we entered it was as if someone had just smoked pot and left the room. Again- asked if they could come spray which they did not. While at the front desk a concerned mother came it to advise that people were getting sick in the pool area - coughing- burning eyes and even 1 kid threw up from over chlorinated water. The front desk suggested to prop the door open but didnt seem too bothered. Anyway - we still make our way down to the pool - there were 5 of us moms and our 6 kids. The pool and hot tub was so crowded with kids running around - and while kids are supposed to be accompanied by an adult - there were only 2 other adults in the area. Im not talking 10 or 12 - I'm talking 25 or 30 kids with only 2 adults. Kids were jumping into the pool without a care if there were other kids in the pool - so much so that 2 of the kids in our group were jumped on. Overall - this is a party hotel - it reeks of pot - only 1 elevator seemed to be working - and literally kids ran around all hours of the night. PLEASE READ. Do not believe reviews claiming this was a good stay. The staff alone makes this place unbearable. From the front desk to security, the rudeness was nonstop and unprofessional. The security guards acted like wannabe police, shutting down the pool whenever they felt like it and yelling “GET OUT OF THE POOL NOW” with no explanation. They clearly enjoyed trying to intimidate guests. The pool is the main attraction in photos, but it is MUCH smaller than it appears and absolutely disgusting. The water is cloudy and you cannot see the bottom. The hot tub was vile, with floating skin buildup in the bubbles. I almost threw up and never went back in. Throwing chemicals in does not make it clean. There were also no towels at the pool, and I was told it “wasn’t the hotel’s fault.” Our room was dirty and clearly not cleaned. There were fake eyelashes left on the nightstand. We had 5 people and were given only 2 towels. More were brought the next day, but not without attitude. The elevators are a serious problem. As a disabled guest, this hotel is in violation of ADA standards. Only one elevator worked, it was extremely small, painfully slow, and stopped at every floor. We also never received a third blanket despite asking three times. I stay at many hotels each year, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Dirty, rude, and uncomfortable. I wish I could give it zero stars.

This hotel isn’t terrible. It serves its purpose (shrugs shoulders). The only real “complaint” was the dirty brown foam on the surface of the hot tub. My husband talked to maintenance who temporarily fixed the issue, but he told my husband that this problem is ongoing. Ew? Other than that, the room was fine (though outdated from other Hilton hotels we’ve stayed in), breakfast was mid, parking was convenient. There was some indoor construction going on while we were there, but wasn’t bothersome. In a pinch, we’d stay again.

Our rooms toilet was leaking when we arrived. We notify the front desk about it several times and they didn't come and fix it until late the next morning so the bathroom was soaked

Dirty rooms, no toilet paper, shower gel almost finished after 1 person took shower, only 2 towels were provided for 4 people and when we called reception they asked us to come down and collect as they did not have staff. While we could see many staff members available. Also the carpets were dirty, wallpaper peeling off the washroom walls… outdated funiture This hotel needs a full renovation

The staff was all friendly and the evening reception is a great perk. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not good. Dirty ice bucket, couch, glasses, etc. the condition of the room was bad too, loose table legs, broken lamps, busted furniture with wood pieces sticking out, etc.

The breakfast staff was rude no plates or waffle mix. Hair in tub and the worse part was the toilet did not flush properly and was running ALL NIGHT!

The room was outdated. Only had one USB port on an alarm clock to charge your phone. My guest and I showered, only to find out there was only one towel in the room. Only one elevator in the front worked. Other than that you had to walk way to the back for the other one. Then there were children running around with no parental supervision late at night. It also sounded like construction was going on in the day time. The staff however were wonderful & the breakfast was too tier.

Staff, my Husband and I were out out of the hotel in the middle of the night by police escort because a patron next door lied on us and called the desk stating domestic violence, although the police came up and investigated and saw no signs of a fight we were eating dinner, the came up a 2nd time while we were in the bed having a conversation and told us the hitel wanted us out. my husband is partially deaf and he talks loudly unbeknownst to him and the neighbor didn't like that she could hear him talking,

The hotel is old, all the facilities are outdated, and on top of that I arrived with my dog, who is a service animal. I showed them my dog’s certification, they told me it wasn’t a problem, and three days later I had an $80 fee charged to my account! It’s unbelievable — they will find any way to take your money.

WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! We checked in on Thanksgiving. When we booked the hotel through Expedia we were not informed that there would be a $300 incidental hold on our card. The cost for our room was $914.49 according to Expedia but when we got to the hotel, the person at the front desk ran our card before she told us the total cost would be $1,200. The card got declined and $1,017 was taken from our card. We went to the bank and deposited an additional $500. We we went back to the hotel and they tried to take $1,200 again and it got declined but they took the whole $500 that we had just put on the card. The next morning, we see a charge for $914.49. When I went down the next morning, I was told by the person at the front desk that Expedia does not inform guest about the $300 incidental hold. You would think that if this was know that the hotel would inform the guest of this when they arrived. But for this hotel, that would be expecting too much. When we got to our room, there were no towels in the bathroom, the tub had hair in it, the trash cans did not have trash bags, and the two glasses in the room were dirty as well as the tray that they were on. The microwave was also dirty. My husband and I decided to go enjoy our evening. When we got back to our room, I pulled back the bedding just to find that there was dirty sheets on the bed. To be more specific, the sheets had sex stains on them. So at almost 11pm, I was changing sheets.

The room was fine. However, they closed the pool early because some broke a glass. My room key deactivated 3 times and had to keep getting new ones. The elevator by our room was broke and the stairway on the first floor was locked to we had to keep walking way around to get to the front desk and the breakfast nook.

The staff was nice but the hotel was old and not very clean. The aroma was a strong chlorine smell from the pool as soon as you walk in. The room was not very clean. We found food crumbs on the floor by both brds, the tub plug did not work properly. And our room was not cleaned the next day. Since we experienced such issues, I decided not to alow my kid to swim in the pool. After the first night, We did switch rooms however, but we still had to ask for towels and our beds were not made up on the 3rd day. I do. Not recommend this location.
