"Dejligt og velbeliggende hotel. Kunne godt have brugt lidt mere morgenmad at vælge imellem, men der var rigeligt af det, som var der."

"The hotel did not live up to the reviews at all. The AC could not be turned off, so it was a constant 28 degrees in the room. None of the channels worked. We got a new room twice, but it didn't help with the missing TV channels. Besides the three shortcomings mentioned above, their Hot tub is turned off and decommissioned, even though their pictures on their website show otherwise. There was a lot of noise from the ventilation system out in the hallway, even though we had switched off ours in the room. The cleaning was inadequate and the hotel is very worn. Can't recommend this hotel. We have still not received compensation from Hotels.com, to which the hotel says we must complain."

"We requested a crib for our toddler, but wasn’t in the room when we checked in late at night. Asked reception for it FOUR TIMES before they after several hours finally said they didn’t have one, despite accepting my request in advance and advertising that they have cribs. So we had to make our own kinda crib and sleep with one eye open all night. Communication between employers and the different teams at the hotel is obviously very poor - they even said as much to us. Most employers were very kind though and gave us breakfast next day as compensation. And the food was surprisingly delicious. But all in all a very disappointing experience. "

"Hotellet var meget slidt, aircondition/ varme og pool virkede ikke og var helt grøn af alger. Det var utrygt at være der pga. mange mærkelige mennesker og der stank af hash over alt. Generelt en ubehagelig oplevelse."
