"Was in town for a comedy show at the SAP Center. It was literally 10 mins away with a uber. Great location, right next to downtown San Jose. Quinn let us check in 30 mins early. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable compared to anywhere else. Almost felt like home. Shower was big, washer and dryer and a patio area to relax. "

"Absolutely stunning view, both day and night. Lucky to have gotten this spot during lovely weather so it was so clear that Salesforce Tower could be seen across the bay and we checked in right before sunset and watched the sun go down. Lukas was very nice and responsive and had the hot tub ready for us after check in. "The accommodations were nice. Close location to Levi stadium and being in midtown, stores and restaurants were close by. Only critique would be the place could use some new pots and pans for cooking and a new shower head for main bathroom. Somewhat unfortunate that the property next door was doing home improvements and started cutting concrete right outside the window at 7:30 am each morning. My truck was covered in concrete dust, but this was no fault of the place I rented, just my usual luck. "

"The house is very comfortable and very clean. It contains everything a traveler needs. We arrived at night and had difficulty to locate the place, as there are other residences on the same lot. The Tree House is at the very top, so requires walking up four flights of stairs (65 steps in all), which we did not realize when we first arrived. But it is unique and a fun place to stay, in a nice area. We saw deer around the property three times during our short stay. Still, stores, restaurants...
