While the cottage initially looked like it could use some maintenance on the outside - it didn’t. It’s a true old Florida cottage.Inside it’s so well decorated and comfortable. The beds were comfy, bathrooms good and well stocked with clean towels. There were plenty of beach towels, too.And a short walk past one condo, then across a street to a beach park directly by the ocean. We got up...

"We were so pleased with our stay at the Cobia Cottage. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing . We loved being close to the beaches, as well as all the restaurants and shops in the area. While the neighborhood is an older neighborhood, we appreciated how your house was newly renovated and the outside well manicured . The neighborhood is quiet and quaint . It was the perfect stay for us as we were seeing our daughter off to college ....

"Place was clean and a close distance to everything, about 10 minute drive. Place includes the side house near the marsh and apartment above the garage. They had a baby gate that can be put up to block the stairs if you have an infant "

"An excellent place to stay. We have stayed here several times. The guest house is clean, comfortable and located in a quiet area. It has easy access to the property and beach. Great location that is close to shopping and restaurants. Host always responds quickly. Will definitely stay here again. "

"This is a lovely cottage with an impressive roomy bathroom and clean kitchen with new appliances. The private back patio is a great spot to relax and the parking spot has direct access to the street. Overall I enjoyed our stay here particularly how quiet it was. The host replies quickly and is very friendly and helpful. "

"The whole concept of a detached bungalow is great; very quiet, private and relaxing. My only complaint was that the unit was rather dirty… windows and screens were filthy. Mirror was terrible as well. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Refrigerator has stains on the front of it that were pretty gross looking for in the eating area. Convenient to all of the activities we had chosen. "

"Had a challenging stay all in all. Great staff, good breakfast buffet, decent parking and decent rooms a side from the lack of cleaning under the beds. I unfortunately had water coming from the upstairs bathroom into mine - felt like the ceiling could fall down any minute. I also had a neighbor who smoked marihuana, had loud music on, yelling and screaming. It took several warnings before they got kicked out of their room. That’s not good when you bring a toddler and an infant. Fair play to the hotel for refunding one of my nights. But all in all, a challenging stay."

"OK hotel til pengene, men heller ikke mere end det. Puderne var alt for høje og sengen ikke super god. Godt læselys ved sengen. Værelserne er total blottet for hygge. "
