"Maria had such great comm skills, sent me her personal cell phone and very responsive! As for the house it was perfect! Tiki bar outside was so cute, the house was clean and spacious. The in ground pool, dock, crab cage, fishing poles, etc...so many things for the kids to stay entertained it was fantastic! I wld recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a week getaway with kids! "

"The “Happy House” was exactly that and exceeded what we could imagine. The description of the rental was very accurate with everything that was included. It was a great location right by the beach and walking to stores and restaurants. The house had plenty of amazing extras for our 2 young kids (3 and 1). It was amazing having a crib, high chair, etc. The play-set in the backyard and the kids nook in the house were amazing features!"

"This was the perfect little place to stay for 2 adults and a chocolate lab. The proximity to the beach and the bay was ideal. Bars and restaurants were close too. My dog loved having his bed next to the slider for the breeze and outdoor scenery. Not a complaint, but would make it spot on if there was a screen door on the front and the shower water pressure was a little stronger. I would recommend this little gem."
