"nice little cottage close to beach and Washington street mall area. really only two complaints. parking is terrible. there is no off-street parking, and trying to find a spot is very hard. sometimes the next street back or more. the air conditioners barely kept the unit cool. they are too old and small for the rooms."

"We stayed here with our 3 kids. Clair was a very good host, and responded quickly to any questions I had. Pros: quick response, near the beach, near convinience stores, A/C in each room, parking provided for 1 car, and has an outdoor bbq and patio area / outdoor yard. Cons: the space is a little humid and not very updated (not much space to put your clothing, and dishware was very limited). "Gladys is a wonderful host. She was extremely easy to communicate with and also very prompt. Her property is immaculate inside and out. The outside deck is like a bonus room which we used often. The location is also superb. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend you stay here too!"

"Mike the host was wonderful & very accommodating from the start! He even asked what time we would arrive so he could turn on the heat ahead of time, which made such a difference! The home was very cozy & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I was also very happy that I was able to bring my service dog without any issues. He kindly allowed us a late checkout with a fee, but it was absolutely worth it!!! We truly didn’t want to leave, it was a wonderful stay! Would totally come back !...
