"We have stayed here many times. And while it could use a little updating, it has the old beach house vibe. It is always clean and everyone is friendly. The walking distance to Asbury Park is one reason we go there. And it has a much cozier environment than one of the insanely priced hotels in Asbury Park. The owner Dominic is friendly and the breakfasts served are what we always look forward to. Can’t wait to go back!"

"What a wonderful place to stay! We were on the third floor in the Sleigh Room (all of the rooms are named) and it was quiet and comfortable. About a 7 minute walk to the main shopping area - the Mall. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. About a 5 minute walk to Beach Ave. Breakfast was great and the house is beautiful inside and out, well maintained. "

"Kathy was absolutely delightful, making us feel so welcomed! It’s a great area to stay in, easy to walk to the shops/restaurants in Ocean Grove, the beach and a short walk to Asbury Park. It was raining so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful courtyard area of the Inn. And we had to leave early for an event and didn’t get to enjoy breakfast. Wonderful place to stay and we look forward to going back!"

"We loved the ambience at the Lily Inn. It was so welcoming in a nice part of town. Our room on the third floor was lovely and cozy, not to mention huge. We had to leave before breakfast so the yogurt was appreciated. The dining table was set in a lovely manner. I can only imagine that the breakfast would have been delightful. The all-day snacks were a nice touch though. If only it wasn’t raining the day we arrived, we would have loved to walk around the town and down to the water. The...

"Very cute B&B. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was up on the top 3 rd floor. Slanted ceilings, easy to bump you head. We had 2 queen beds. No way could 2 people sleep in a bed; the inside person would bump their head when they sat up. Had to climb over a high tub to get in, and use a spray hose to was up. Lots of towels, soaps, lotions provided. "

"Lovely place with nice rooms. We just visited last weekend, (5-7 April 2024). Room was nice, very clean, and just what the wife & I were looking for. Staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. We stayed out a little late Saturday night, so I went down about 30 minutes before breakfast was ending and the staff was very accommodating, bringing up 2 trays of that morning's breakfast to our room. "The property was exactly as described. The owners have a marina as well as the B&B and you're staying right on the waterfront. Food was culinary treat and location was central to all I needed to do in the area. Patti was fun and helpful and I felt right at home while visiting my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson in NJ. Jane and Ellie made the stay fun - (the dogs)."

"Lovely restored bed and breakfast. Only one complaint. The room I was given did not have a bathroom in it. The bathroom was out the door and in the hallway. Yes, it was a private bathroom, but it was not fun when you had to get up to use the bathroom in middle of the night."
