"Absolutely wonderful bed and breakfast. Room was incredibly clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was large and the rain shower head was very nice. Fresh strawberry lemonade and cookies on the deck every day was a nice touch. Short walk to the board walk and to Asbury shopping district. Perfect location. Great charm. Friendly and attentive staff. Will be staying here again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Breeze Bay / Captain’s Quarters. The space was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease.
One of the little touches that really stood out was the Keurig machine — we were genuinely happy to see it after a long drive. It made it easy to relax with a cup of coffee as soon as we arrived.
