Denne lejlighed med egen forplejning ligger på 1srt etage i en bygning med elevator og har 120sqm med 3 soveværelser og to badeværelser. Alle værelser har dobbeltsenge og adgang til altanen, der går rundt hele lejligheden. Begge badeværelser er komplet med bad og toilet, men man har også et badekar. Stuen er rummelig og meget lys med vinduer rundt, en stor sofa, kabel-tv og spiseplads med plads til 8 personer. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med alt hvad du behøver for at tilberede dine måltider og med vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine. Du har AC / varme og wi-fi internet i hele lejligheden. Også i tilfælde af at du rejser i bil, har denne lejlighed gratis to parkeringspladser inde i bygningen. Denne lejlighed er beliggende i et af de bedste områder i byen: Chiado - lige ved siden af São Carlos teater i et lille torv. Du har 3 gode restauranter lige udenfor lejligheden og et stort bageri til morgenmad kaldet Sacolinha eller den berømte A Brasileira, hvor du kan sidde med Fernando Pessoa statuen. En mini-marked kan findes på en 15 min. Gåtur i Calçada do Combro samt pengeautomater, banker, posthus og apotek. Taxa stop lige foran bygningen eller 5 minutters gang i Praça do Camões, samt stop for den berømte 28 sporvogn og metrostation: Baixa-Chiado. Dette er en fantastisk beliggenhed for dem, der ønsker at opleve byen til fods.
Hvordan man ankommer til ejendommen:
1) Problemfri: Privat pendulkørsel. Priser for 1-3 personer: 25 € (en vej) eller 45 € (rundrejse). Priser for 4-8 personer: 35 € (en vejs) eller 65 € (rundrejse).



2) Enkel og hurtig: Tag en taxa (fra Lissabon lufthavn) og gå direkte til ejendommen. Det tager cirka 15 minutter (afhængigt af trafik selvfølgelig). Pris: (/ -) 15 €.



3) billigste:

a) Metro: Gå afsted på metrostationen Baixa-Chiado og derefter gå 250m til lejligheden. Pris: 1. 75 € pr. Person.

b) Aerobus: (fra Lissabon lufthavn) stå af ved Praça do Comercio og derefter gå 750m til lejligheden. Samlede omkostninger: 3. 60 € pr person.

Nice apartment

The apartment is in a great location for all of the activities we wanted to do and very central in the city.We understand that it is a city apartment, but the inside needed some upkeep.We did have some problems when we first got in the apartment, but the service and response to these fixed was excellent.The apartment is listed as having parking, which it does not. I was told that they were fixing this in the listing, but it still appears to say so.I did message the owner and they did say that they would reimburse for the parking.We would still recommend this listing with the caveats above.

Agency in Lisbon absolutely eager to help and NEVER book with Fe-Wo-direct again.

It can always happen that a rented apartment that has already been paid for in full cannot be taken into use. That was the case with us; water damage in connection with an electrical issue. However, it is then important that a solution is offered. That wasn't the case for us and we ended up staying in a hotel for 550 the first night. We have often been in contact with Fe-Wo-direct and now I know what bad service feels like. On the second day in Lisbon, Joivy canceled the booking. Nothing came from Fe-Wo-direct, our booking partner!!! We then stayed in the hotel for the whole week an we decided never book with Fe-Wo-direct anymore.

Perfect Lisbon Rental

We absolutely loved our stay! This location could not be beat. It is right in the heart of the most fun area of Lisbon, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and is an easy walk to transportation for exploring other neighborhoods.The unit was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. There was some noise at night, but that's what you get being in the heart of the city.We loved it!

Lisboa with friends

Very nice appartement with perfect location. Picking up the key was ok, but could be better. Communication with VRBO was terrible. I had to ask where I could pick up the key and when we arrived at our destination the Communication stopped. We had not received the code of the main entrance, so we couldn't get inn. We called, nobody answered. We send a message, nobody replied. Very nice when you invite friends to a stay in Lisboa? We were extremely lucky that an Italian family came an knew the code to the main entrance, otherwise we had to arrange a hotel for the night. Conclusion: beautiful appartement with perfect location, but terrible communication/check inn procedure (unfortunately). Regards Willem Udo

disappointing

The flat was ok but it felt like the owner or the rental agency does the minimal amount for the upkeep of the apartment. The bathrooms were leaking water and smelled, the couch had not been cleaned in a long time, andthe WiFi did not work - I tried to get the rental agency to help but they were ineffective. The flat is also right next to Tram 28 which make a lot of noise. We had no connection with the owner. I think that is the main issue. I would definitely not recommend anyone stay there.

Beautiful !

We stayed at the flat for 3 nights in August and it was wonderful! Overall… it is in a great location, close to restaurants and the old town. The flat had everything we needed in it. The only trouble we had was the door is very tricky to lock. We had to call to figure out how to do it. Kids loved the sneaky staircase and loft area! The beds were very comfortable and nice linens! Bathrooms were a little dated, it may be tricky for someone getting in the shower as the tub is very high to step into. Magement was very quick to answer the phone with any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

Lisbon bliss

This is apartment is beautiful and in a great location! We enjoyed our stay, though we did have two issues which were not resolved and would have bumped this rating to 5 stars if they had been resolved. The WiFi was not working - although the box indicated green lights (and we tried to reboot it) our phones and laptops never picked up the WiFi. Also the TV was not working — which was related to the cable box. We tried many work arounds and also there was no batteries in the remote. I hope both will be fixed in time for the next guests.

Poor communication

Young man taking us to the apartment did not have code for main door. He took us to 3 apartments before finding the correct one. He had little knowledge of the neighborhood. There never was a trash can and we were never told where to empty trash or recycle. The TV was temperamental. The apartment was comfortable and clean and location good

Awful apt had a flood was not clean and rent-experience the mgt was terrible

Our stay was unacceptable. We arrived and the key didn’t work. Then we finally got into the apartment It had a stale smell. And then we saw the bathroom. There were wet towels covered in a brown substance. The rugs were not clean. The refrigerator was not clean. The gentleman checking us in assured a colleague would be here straight away to clean the mess. After he left the neighbors barged in to tell us this apartment was not inhabitable and that the bathrooms were not to be used under any circumstance. There had been a flood that was still leaking down to the entry way and parking garage. I called straight away and the rent experience the management company told me that everything was fine but they would check possibility’s and call us back. No call back. Someone arrived to take the dirty towels dripping the dirty water all over the bathroom. He explained he was not the cleaning service and would not clean anything. I told this again to the management company and was told they would get a cleaning company straight away and look for alternate accommodations or a reduction and call me back. They never called. I called again and was told a cleaning crew would arrive around 12 the next day and also please if the management company could come and check which keys were working. And also the reservations team was working on the refund .Early that morning we planned to leave to see our 94 year old grandmother a few towns away. As she just got out of the hospital and was ready to see guests. She is in a very fragile state. We go to the garage to get the car and the garage lift is broken. So we can not access our car. We called again and straight away we will send someone. They send a young man with no technical experience and he cannot fix the lift of course. They then say at 2:30 the elevator company will be there to repair aware we could not access our car. So we wait for a call. Of course no one calls. So we come to check and the garage has been fixed. Which is all well and good but we are too late to see our grandmother as she has limited good hours and goes to bed very early. I call to see why no one told us anything and why no one ever calls unless we call or no told us about the flood. And offered another property or offer us a refund of the deposit we would have gone else where. why no one told me this before and I am handed off to someone else. He says oh the night staff is not well trained. I need to email a different division! Our

3 night stay

Beautiful spacious apartment in prime area. 5 minute walk to metro (2 lines) and prime shopping area. Also convenient to walk down to attractions on water including Tumeout market. Lots of bars and restaurants within close walking distance. National Theatre up the street. Only issues we’re a lack of basic food staples (coffee, coffee filters, and sugar in particular. Also only one key provided which is strange for an apartment with such a large capacity. But overall very happy with stay.

Lovely apartment

Located on a quiet street (not easy to do in Lisbon).. The trolly does pass in front every now and then, but if you’re in Lisbon, chances are you’re not sitting in your apartment all day! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Check in (and out) was flawless. Three good sized bedrooms, two full baths. Definitely recommend

Spacious apartment for 6 adults. A block away from a main square but very quiet. Loads of restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely return.

A 100 du métro baixa, bel appartement à la décoration contemporaine et soignée mais quelques manquements de base : équipement insuffisant dans la cuisine (pas de grille pain , pas de planche à découper, 5 petites cuillères, 1 seul torchon, aucun produit de base - sucre, huile, sel, poivre, pastille lave vaisselle, pas de balayette, pas de balai,...), flexible de douche HS, manquait 2 ampoules de chevet, carreaux pas fait. 2 toilettes mais dans chacune des sdb. Chambre sur rue un peu bruyante avec le tramway. Juste un petit effort pour que ce soit très bien.

A great apartment in a great location

Opera design apartment is a large, well appointed apartment that could easily accomodate 6 or 8 people. It is in an ideal location beside the N28 tram route and very near Chiado square. Clean and fresh and a great place to stay. Parking is an experience in itself, via a lift and a very tight fit for our 7 seater van.

Excellent location

Very nice apartment at perfect location. Sparkling clean. Supermarket is pretty close. Good restaurants around. ATTENTION!!! BE AWARE!!! There is no space in the garage to maneuver a car as big as our AUDI A6. There is car elevator to the parking level. And you have to make sharp turns from the elevator to the parking space. It took us the whole hour and a lot of adrenalin to get out. We were in despair. Would have been nicer if cleaning personal had arrived after we left the apartment. We left in time. But they were breathing down our necks
