Great hotel with an overwhelming breakfast buffet
We had a very pleasant stay at The Corinthia Lisbon hotel. We, a family of five, stayed three nights and the whole time we felt very safe and well treated by the whole staff. The reception area is beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and we were welcomed by a most friendly and service minded staff. The breakfast buffet is overwhelming. Overflowing with delicious food, cakes and freshly pressed juices. We would all love to come back for another visit.

Super hotel. Høj service .. hotellet er under renovering så der er en del støj fra bore maskiner… rigtig fint med fri bus til og fra byen til hotellet hver 1/2 time

Kan anbefales...
Pæn og rent og med meget servicemindet personale overalt på hotellet... Det er en del trafik omkring hotellet, men det bemærker man ikke, når man er indenfor. Værelserne er meget lydtætte, så hverken lyde fra naboværelse eller gang kan høres. Ligger tæt ved metro. Super lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Eneste irritationsmoment var, at man skulle betale for en badehætte for at benytte swimmingpoolen - den udgift kunne have været skjult i prisen og dermed ikke endt som et irritationsmoment...

Fantastisk ophold på det bedste hotel!
Jeg har efterhånden boet på flere 5-stjernede hoteller, men dette var uden sidestykke det bedste, jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Vi bestilte Executive King med Sky Lounge Access og blev ved check in modtaget separat med portvin og en opgradering til Junior Suiten på husets regning. Virkelig god service over hele linjen fra hotellets ansatte. De virkede søde og jokede med os undervejs. Værelset var stort, rent, nyrenoveret og med en fantastisk udsigt. Stor tv-pakke med engelske kanaler, så der var noget at se på om aftenen, når man trængte til at slappe af. Fik den ene aften kage og mousserende vin serveret på værelset som velkomstgave af hotellet - så lækkert! Prøvede ikke spaen, men benyttede badekarret og bruseren i stedet. Masser af varmt vand og lækre håndklæder. Morgenmaden var udsøgt, masser af lækker frugt, friskbrygget kaffe og te, juice, brød, kager, ost, æg, bacon mm. Der manglede intet. Loungen var et kapitel for sig med mousserende vin, bær, kager, snacks, små anretninger, ost, chips, vin, øl, sodavand osv. Fred og ro. God udsigt. Virkelig godt og stabilt internet. Hotellet ligger lidt nord for byen, men en taxa koster kun ca. 8 € uanset hvor man skal hen i centrum, så det er ikke den store udgift. Der ligger også en metro rundt om hjørnet ved zoo, men den benyttede vi ikke. Vi gik ned til byen en dag med et par stop undervejs uden problemer. Jeg kan kun anbefale dette hotel og tilråder at man køber lounge-adgang. Ren nydelse og afslapning!

It would have been a 5 star review except for the check in process. I was there for the Taylor Swift concert, so the hotel was expectedly busy. My room was still not available at 14:10, which was over an hour past the check in time. I had to leave for the concert, so they were nice enough to let me shower in the beautiful spa. Would have preferred to shower in my own room. However, after I talked to the manager, he gave me an upgraded room. Not a very walkable part of town, but next to the zoo and metro station. Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean.

Nice hotel, for a 5 stars I think the mini bar or at least some items should be complimentary. Hotel is clean, close to transport and they offer free shuttle to downtown and back.

Its a big beautiful hotel. Even though google maps says its. 15 minute drive to the city center, there is sooo much traffic that in can take 30-45 minutes. The room was spacious, bed & pillows average. Very long checkin and checkout lines but it might have been related to the Taylor Swift concept being in town.

We arrived early prior to check in after a long travel day. Even though we were told check in wasn’t until 2 pm, we decided to try shortly after 1 as we were sleep deprived and needed some rest. Marta who was the Room Services manager was super kind and helpful. Not only did she try to find a room for us but we were given a complimentary upgrade. Overall the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The only criticism we had was the shower door did not have a tight seal so water would spill onto the floor. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Our stay at this property was amazing! Everything about this hotel was perfect. Every single staff member was lovely, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are immaculate. The pool and spa are fabulous. The restaurants and bars are charming and lovely. The free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes back-and-forth between the downtown area was invaluable. We were a little concerned that the hotel was not right downtown and that we would be out-of-the-way. But that was not an issue at all with the free shuttle. It was also lovely to be a bit outside of the hustle and bustle and the neighborhood is charming and lively itself. We would stay here again and again.

Lovely hotel with accommodating staff. Rooms are clean. Breakfast selection is great. Hotel is not near city centre but a free shuttle service runs every half hour from the hotel to Restauradores Square and back til around 6pm. We tried one of the restaurants in the hotel which was rly nice. 5 star hotel. Thank you

Nice hotel not too far from city center with 3 restaurants, spa and pool. They provide shuttle to city center and gave me a very nice surprise for my birthday during my stay

Shower temperature fluctuated and burnt my wife. Pillowtop mates pad moved during the night. Staff was very nice but i did request that maintenance fix the shower. They never did.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly. Elevators were terrible. We had to wait ten minutes at one point. They kept showing up full.

The Corinthia Team took very good care of us and even provided something special when they found out it was my dad's birthday! The room was clean and the location was very convienent- just a few minutes walk from the metro and train station. Overall it was a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

5 Star rated full service hotel located in a quieter part of Lisboa. While somewhat removed from major attractions, the location turned out to be much more convenient than expected. The hotel provides a shuttle bus downtown every 30 min but we ended up using the Metro almost exclusively. A quick 15-20 ride on the Blue line will take you directly to the waterfront and other major areas. There are also a limited number of cafes and supermarkets in the area if you want an alternative to the hotels restaurants (which are quite good). The only downside is their elevator system which can be slow and confusing at times.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff is excellent! It’s not in the hustle bustle of the city but there’s a metro station and train station across the street. We didn’t utilize the spa or pool but the gym was nice. There is an Italian restaurant very close to the hotel that stays open late enough for dinner or dessert/drinks. The hotel runs a free shuttle during the day that drops you off in front of a cute cafe in a very touristy area. It’s a good place to venture off on your exploring.
