"Very nice room, it had an outdoor jacuzzi, stove top, refrigerator, indoor living area with flat screen tv, and a very comfortable bed. The place is family owned and run, very nice and helpful about places to go and very attentive to my needs. It's off the strip about 10 to 15 minutes from most everything. Highly recommend. "

"I stayed for 10 days in South Beach Residence and I cannot recommend it enough. It is an ideal place to stay no matter if you’re a couple, family, friends, or solo travelling. The residence is brand new, renovated, modern, and with a good kitchen and pool area (but you’re also still super close to the best beaches of Aruba). "Hotel was great! Clean room and property, beds were comfy. Staff were very helpful, we got new towels daily. They have an ice machine behind the office for your beach coolers. "We booked this property last minute as we had our flight cancelled and thought we would be stuck for a few days due to weather back home. Yes, it says non-refundable, but it didn't matter at the time of booking. We thought we wouldn't be able to go home and all the hotels were booked. Within an hour of booking we got news that we had a flight. I immediately contacted the property and asked for a waiver to cancel the reservation.
