"Brilliant place to stay. Stayed a week and was brilliant, rooms perfectly clean, and bigger than expected.
A car is 100% needed (Free Parking included).. as not to much around the area, but that suited us perfectly.

"Very cute boutique! Front desk and cleaner were very nice and accommodating. Location is walking distance to Renaissance, grocery store and everything. Only thing is that the room literally just has a bed, nicely renovated bathroom and tv. No place to put your luggage but good thing we only had carry on bags. We don’t mind because we only sleep in the room as we spent most of our time exploring the island so keep that in mind. Still gets 5 star from me!"

It’s located in a quiet area, plus it’s run by the most welcoming family and cleaning lady Elizabeth - they were always happy to help or have a little chat. Amir responded fast to calls and texts, and he will provide you with recommendations about what you should do/see/eat on Aruba once you check in. You can even rent brand new cars from South Beach Residence - parked right outside the building.
It’s a 5 minutes walking distance from Aruba’s best gym (Bodyzone Fitness Club Arena), and a really big supermarket (Ling & Sons Food Market), and it only takes 7-15 minutes to go to Eagle Beach, Palm Beach, and Arashi Beach. "
