"Aruba has Vegas-style luxury hotels on the beach, but this was the loveliest spot we've seen on the island. Your key to the gated property gives access not only to fine accommodations but also to an art collection set in a tropical garden with a perfect pool. The management greets you with a bottle of wine. Our room, one of 11, opened onto the garden and had its own porch. In the morning our french doors opened onto a table set for breakfast. When I spilled coffee on my clothes, one of the...

"I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely book again in the future! The entire property was always clean, the staff were very friendly and the private pool was a nice bonus. It felt like I was at home instead of in a hotel."

"The apartment is perfect. Has the basics one need to cook and more. There were complimentarily coffee, salt, pepper, soap, etc. 2 AC units, more than enough to be cool. The pool is perfect, I used it mostly during the night as we enjoyed the beach during sun time. Gaston waited us with a bottle of wine, and for my girlfriend birthday he decorated the room with balloons and colors."

"Amazing stay! I’d definitely stay again! I stayed with my husband and son and we had the best time and truly didn’t want to leave !"

"Beautiful property. Excellent management. Gay friendly"

"Kommunikation inden ankomst var nemt og problemfrit. Vi bookede transfer fra lufthavnen og Alex var meget venlig og hjælpsom. Vi har boet på Paulines i fire nætter og været rigtig glade for vores ophold. Værelset har alt du skal bruge og er rent og pænt. Pool området er roligt og perfekt til en afslappende start på dagen. Daglig rengøring og søde mennesker. Tak for en god oplevelse! "

"Loved the convenience of being able to walk to the supermarket (1 minute) and to the beach (5 minutes)."

"I read other reviews before booking and do not understand any of the negatives. We stayed end of October and occupancy was not full so that probably helped. The resort and room were very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and was always replenished. Only suggestion would be to have signs telling people not to feed the birds and take their plates inside if still food on them as it brings the birds. Managers reception was great and bar servers were very friendly. Only...

"Pænt og rent hotel, sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Beliggenheden var god, tæt på bar og restauranter. Mulighed for shuttlebus til stranden. Skøn strand. Kæmpe plus var de rene strand/pool klæder man kunne skifte ud hverdag. Sofa sengen til børnene var dårlig at sove på og larmede når man vendte sig. Morgenmads buffeten var lækker, stort udvalg, dog er området ikke så stort så vi skulle stå i kø for at få plads."

"Mid-class with perfect location right at the beach."

"This is not a hotel but a hostel. And as such the place works ok. But when advertised as a hotel it falls short, there is no cleaning of the rooms, not even the toilesbasket is emptied. The power to the a/c is cut during the day and you have to ask for permission to get it switched on again. Towels are not included but cost 10Usd to rent per piece. There is no hot water in the shower This is not only a issue for Chez Lilly but more for Hotels.com as the info is not trustworthy, when seaching...

"Very nice place, close to the beach and to all facilities. The staff is far in communication and open to help. Really top place in Aruba!"
