"We never received check-in instructions through VRBO. I sent messages and received no response. Finally I had to call them and luckily was able to reach them. They said they would re-send the check-in instructions, but again it did not work. They said internet connection where they were was a problem. If you are renting properties to people, you are responsible for making sure you have a good internet connection. Had to call back and we did get check-in instructions in time. The cottage was ok....
