"House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. "

"We stayed in this upstairs unit for 3 nights for a family reunion. It was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the place itself, the balcony, dock and the proximity to the beach. We would definitely come back."

"Great little property and perfect for 2 people! We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, tote and cooler that were available to use, which we did every day! The location was great, just over the bridge from AMI and on a quiet street. We were in walking distance to some AMAZING little restaurants just across the street on the fishing pier. "

"Coquina Breeze provided absolute comfort and relaxation during our stay at Anna Maria Island. We all noted that we slept better at Coquina Breeze than we do at home. The beds were comfortable; the entire home clean; and the porches...the porches on the front of the home provided amazing views and cooling breezes. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals but you will need to provide your own condiments/cooking oil/spices. The coffee maker can be used for drip coffee as well as coffee...

"The house was amazing! It had everything we needed, even a big pot to boil crab legs!! Close to every store imagine and also to all kinds of beaches. The house had all beach supplies needed for adults and children, but the chairs are a little worn out. Plenty of towels, household items, and linens. There was 8 of us where our two little ones slept on the couches. The pool is so nice. Didnt go to the lake, but enjoyed the veiw."
