"It was a great staycation for us. The location could not be better. You’re two minutes away from both the beach and the village. The apartment is tidy and cozy. The only thing that was not great is the sleeping arrangements for our 2 children. I’m not sure how two people are supposer to sleep on a couch that’s not a sleeper sofa . There were instructions how to put it together with pillows but it still doesn’t provide a sleeping space for 2. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"The location is fantastic - right on the ocean with a private path straight to the sand, and the beach was quiet and lovely even with some rain during our stay. The kitchen has newer appliances, and the layout gave our family plenty of space."

"Rented for me & husband - family wedding on Siesta Key. Our nephew & wife joined for 2 nights. House is older, but everything has been redone. Super clean and quiet (close to main road...feared road noise but had none)! We prefer 2 baths with 4 people staying, but given our guests stayed only 2 nights, we managed w/1 bath well. Note: BRs are adjacent, and footsteps are audible in middle of the night. We found the master BR's king mattress so comfy. For us, however, the guest BR's queen...

"Perfect property and location for a relaxing vacation that is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and about a 7 min walk to put ur toes in the ocean. The property was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you would need to make your stay unforgettable! Staff was quick to respond to all my questions and reached out to us as soon as we settled in to ensure everything was ok and to check to see if we needed anything else, we didnt need anything, if we did, we could reach out to staff...

"Our stay at Private Beach House was excellent! The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful, and the house was very comfortable and convenient. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again. We did have an issue with the water for one night, but we called and they were very responsive and had it resolved in less than an hour. We really appreciated how quickly they took care of it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Private Beach House!"
