"When we arrived at approximately 2pm there was no heat with temps outside in the 20s. We called and finally at 10:30 pm someone showed up. Apparantly the pilot light was out on one of the three furnances. The third furnance didn't work therefor two of the back bedrooms and bathrooms had no heat. "The house was as described and clean. Cindy, the host, was very responsive to any questions we had. Everything was laid out well and easy to use. Parking is in back, down a fairly narrow driveway on the side of the house, we had two vehicles and parked the bigger one on the street, that was just a bit easier for us.
