"The room was not clean, there was hair in the sink and flicks of toothpaste on the mirror. The bathroom tub/shower was so bad we didn't feel comfortable showering in it. The toilet paper roll had 8 squares of toilet paper on it and we had to put the new roll on ourselves. The back of the bathroom door was coming apart and there were dust bunnies in every corner. I was happy we only had to be there 9 hours!"

"Staff was nice. BUT…. when we went to the room we were very disappointed, was dirty, floors, bathroom etc.. Bed covers has cigarette burns, it was so dirty on the side of the mattress:( lamp was missing a lightbulb. I saw Wyndham on website, and assume it was a ok, but it’s nothing like the pictures. Didn’t leave because I had no where else to stay and didn’t want to fight over a refund. I don’t recommend, Needs a lot of upgrades."

That said, the hotel gets extremely busy on weekends, especially during events like the Jefferson’s Cup. With so many families staying there, it can get quite noisy at night, with kids running through the hallways and in nearby rooms. "Plenty of shops nearby, beautiful location, room was very comfortable, clean and cool. Only issue i had was coffee maker did not work and the breakfast did not come with the room without an additional charge. Other than that was a great stay."

"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to relatives we were visiting. The staff was competent, our room quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was good (albeit lacking in healthy options). One hassle worth noting was one of the two elevators for the 8-story hotel was non-functional during our three night stay. This proved to be a major inconvenience at during the morning hours when guests were trying to get to breakfast, return from breakfast, and/or leave. Wait time for an elevator was ten...
