I heard every step from above and next neighbor, i could hear what they speaking, the walls were like paper. It was quite noisy (noisy neighbors). There were beetles in my room that bit, i found also some 2 insects crawling under bed not sure what it was. Breakfast was fine. Super unhappy learning that if i want to pay by credit cars, they add 5%to my bill- this should have...

"What a spectacular stay we had in March 2026. Relaxing in your own pool after a long day exploring San Cristobal was a welcome treat. The place is spotless, the second bathroom is full. The taxi to the airport is ~5 minutes. I can't give a solid enough review for this place, and you should seriously consider booking it. You won't be disappointed. "

"2 very small room suite without any Galapagos flair. Nobody helped with luggage to and from the room. No internet for the entire stay. Personell was kind of friendly but very cool and reserved. Asked for help to find a place and was told to use Google Maps. Breakfast not fresh prepared but dry and old. Next time will stay at Golden Bay Hotel."
