"Amazing stay at The City Rooms. This hotel is centrally located and fabulous if you're looking to stay in Leicester city centre. There is free parking available, which we used, and it really couldn't have been easier. The room is absolutely huge, shame it didn't have a super king size bed, this is what I'm used to at home, as there is ample space to accommodate one. The bathroom was massive and very clean. "My room was small and turned towards a rather noisy road. Heated by a single air-con unit, which was not great during a blizzard - at least the room was less noisy... Overall the property is clean and probably OK for the price. "

"A really lovely complex, surprisingly quiet considering its a uni campus. Nice room, clean, self contained, (downside,no.tv.) and only 1 pillow, for me it was flat so had to try to double it up. Otherwise,ill happily stay again."

"You get what you pay for, not bad for the price. A few quirks such as the ground floor curtains not closing fully with work being done in the garden. A clothes hook installed upside down. Doesn't look like enough parking if it's full. That being said, staff were polite and the bed was comfy, and it was close to the resorts world arena which was ideal - decent price"

"Great communication from the host on the day with clear instructions on how to enter the property. The accommodation itself was immaculate, very comfortable and spacious. All the amenities you could need which was ideal. Struggled to get onto the free WiFi provided and signal not great in the area so would suggest to book taxis in advance if needed. 100% recommend though and will definitely book again. "
