There is NO AIR CONDITIONING even though the listing clearly stated there was A/C and there is not a single fan in the house, either. Google maps does not get you to the house, you have to keep on going and then back into the gated driveway or go past it and turn around. Very difficult to get a large vehicle into the driveway. "Pros: Wir haben uns in Raffaelas Haus vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur ist wunderschön und perfekt, um sich zu erholen und abzuschalten. Auch mit unseren Hunden haben wir uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Raffaela war sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat wunderbar funktioniert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!...

"In der Beschreibung wird einem ein Haus angepriesen. Dem ist nicht so. Es ist eine Wohnung und oben drüber wohnt die Eigentümerin. Das sollte so auch in der Anzeige kommunizeer werden, denn man ist nicht alleine auf dem Grundstück und hat seine Ruhe. Des Weiteren kann die Gastgeberin kein Wort Englisch was sich als sehr schwierig erweist mit ihr zu kommunizieren. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich schön aber wird nicht gepflegt. Es war stellenweise sehr schmutzig. Die Stühle in der Küche alle locker...

"Når man på et firestjernet Hotel bestiller roomservice og får af vide det koster 13 Euro, accepterer dette, bestiller sin mad og efter 35 minutter får besked på at det kan man ikke alligevel, tilbyder at hente maden selv; men får yderligere besked på det skal indtages i restauranten, får man altså 1 stjerne herfra😡"

"Fantastisk velkomst af personalet som tog godt imod os. Vi blev opgraderet til et lidt større værelse - også med søudsigt. Det er helt bestemt pengene værd, så udsigten er malerisk! Den lille altan på værelset er helt perfekt til at nyde aftenen på. Beliggenheden er pga helt i top, tæt på byen og restauranter. Morgenmaden er bestemt også værd at nævne, da den var virkelig god. Alt i alt fremragende hotel, som vi bestemt vil komme forbi igen en anden gang."

"We stayed at this hotel last year and just had to come back. It is a beautiful hotel—not the biggest one, but incredibly charming. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the underground parking is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, with a beautiful view overlooking the park and pool area. It was always easy to find a table for breakfast, and there were plenty of sunbeds available by the pool. All the employees are friendly and welcoming, always smiling and greeting guests with a "Good morning" or "Hello." The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel at home and genuinely welcome. It is only a five-minute walk to the lake, and right in front of the hotel you'll find Gelateria Flora, which serves delicious ice cream and desserts. This certainly won't be our last stay here. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay."
