There is NO AIR CONDITIONING even though the listing clearly stated there was A/C and there is not a single fan in the house, either. "Great Stay in Bressanone. Felix, Sabine and Michael were very easy to work with, provided great information regarding skiing, the area and restaurants. Perfect checkin/ check out.The villa is just as it appears in the pics. Very comfortable for our group of 8 people. Great views, working fireplace (plenty of wood provided) and hot tub.
