"I don’t usually write poor reviews but this place was misleading and gross. We stayed one night before going to Hershey park First room was disgusting… they thankfully changed our room at our request and it was a little better. Breakfast had minimal options and the game room was outdated. It said waterside on the sign.. there was none. Pool was ok though. I will never stay here again."

"Stayed only for one night. Very clean and new which is what I most like. Cleanliness is the most important feature for me and it was excellent in both the room and bathroom, as well as in the corridors, reception and breakfast area. Breakfast was average. We arrived at 4:30 pm tired and had to wait half an hour for the king-bed room cause they weren’t clean yet which is why this hotel gets 4 stars within it’s category because I think it’s a poor organization when anything like that happens...

"No housekeeping at all in 3 days our stay. First I was told housekeeping is done alternate day then again when we asked, we were told it will be done after 3 days so no cleaning, housekeeping at all during our entire stay. We had 3 rooms booked and same thing for all of them. Breakfast also was sucks, service and staff was also kind of untrained and rude, hot water machine never worked. No hot water in the shower...In a nutshell we will never go back to that hotel."
