Found a stained sheet on one of the beds when we arrived.
When we called down to the desk to request room service come and change the sheets, we were told that because it was Christmas, there was no one on staff for room service!
We wound up having to change the stained sheet ourselves.
This is totally unacceptable, as we paid full price for the room and was not informed when we made the reservation that they wouldn't provide full service.
We also called the hotel manager, Heather Wehr, and left a voice mail explaining what happened and requested a call back, and left our cellphone #.
She never returned our call.
We are extremely disappointed with how we were treated and do not plan on staying there again.
