"Room was okay, but had a smell and the ceiling looked like it was falling apart on room 415"

"I loved the idea of the suite. We had a small living area a bar a kitchen with two queen beds that were comfortable. The thing is, the tv in the living area didn’t work, there was a great deal of rust on the knob to turn the water on in the tub, the bathroom vent didn’t work, and the floor was not clean. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. Again I loved the idea but I don’t think I’d stay here again."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised. The property is old, poorly maintained, smells terrible, and even the door locks don't work properly. But the worst part was the cockroach infestation. I pulled back the bedsheets and found cockroaches in the bed! I asked to be moved to another room, and when I opened the door to the new room, approximately 20 cockroaches ran away and hid. Yes, around 20 cockroaches! Absolutely...

"Experience five-star comfort at this business chain hotel! The front desk receptionists actually surpasses the standards found at many five-star hotels. I highly recommend the Drury hotel."

"Excellent service, very clean and can't beat price. Breakfast was delicious. I love staying here every time I'm in San Antonio. Highly recommend."

"Staff was friendly and helpful! Airport shuttle was dependable and there was ample space in the lobby for working."

"Thank you"

"We had a great stay. The staff even went the extra mile when my son lost his ID. It was a great rate and I was pleasantly surprised how well maintained everything is. Will stay here again"
